Burger was Luke warm and had been sitting for a long time. The hamburger patty had been cooked a while before and kept in a warmer was not close to hot it was so bad.

Shout out to the shift leader. She helped me with my order in the most friendly way possible after my app screwed up (charging me six times without the order going through). And then, I screwed up and forgot to remove some toppings, and she was so nice about fixing the error on my part. You don't often get good service at a fast food place, so I wanted to make sure she gets the kudos she deserved.

We ordered two whoppers and both had luke warm burger patties. We were the only two in there to eat at 11:00 am. What a waste of my time and money. Give me a break, and cook food fresh!!!!
