Called to make a carry out order manager was rude and said he doesn't want any complaints because I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half also there are no substitutions like no tomato not worth the time if you want your food the way you like it

Nothing particularly fancy, but it's s nice Italian deli. Food is always fresh, seating is generally plentiful, and service is fast and friendly. Order at the counter and food is brought out to you at the table of it has to be prepared.

Excellent quality, large portions, and very delicious. Based on a coworkers recommendation, I tried the Italian sub during my most recent visit, it was fantastic!

Got 12 inch ital. Sub. Absolutely best ever! Just like my mom made when i was growing up. Used real lettuce not that gross shredded stuff others use!!

Been going here since I was 7, the best part is that nothing has changed. They stuck with what was good and 15 years later the food still has the same great taste, the burgers are perfect and the homemade chips are nothing like what you will find anywhere else in the best way possible. The atmosphere is so uplifting and the music fits it well. If I could reccomend one thing, it would be to never change, all the great things are still great and I have no complaints. Keep up the amazing work!!

Spent 35 on two beefs fries and onion rings. Added gardinara to the beef.. TERRIBLE tasted very very rancid!! Maybe because it was a Monday evening at 7pm.. SO Disappointed. I was sick all night that is why I am writing this review..

I haven't been here in over 22 years. It's the same nostalgic feeling. The prices have gone up, but not much more than other places. I loved the Canolli dip.

I've been going to Augies for over 20 years. Normally the Carol Stream location. Both locations are equal in service and quality. I now live in Chicago's north side.... however, if I'm heading out that direction, I come prepared with a small cooler to bring home two authentic Italian foot long subs! The best I've ever had outside the city. They keep well in the refrigerator and are still fabulous after a day or two. In fact even more tasty!

I hadn't been to this location in a bit, but I was in the area and really felt like getting Italian combo (Italian beef + Italian sausage)
With mozz and sweet peppers.

It was pretty good. Juicy. Peppery.
