Went thru drive theu---Employee couldn't hear our order....totally missed mine. They have pictures of ice cream dishes, but no names...employee couldn't figure out what we were trying to describe. Ended up just getti g a banana split....then had to to park and go in and get both what I wanted and the receipt for drive thru. No list of flavors either:(

Well let me start by saying all i wanted was fruit with my Ice Cream. But they are out of bananas. Then to be told they are out of strawberry ice cream.... what!!! But then to revert to the basics.... but again they are out of vanilla. Went ahead and ordered a small but instead they decided to give us extra large!!! WTF do you want your customers to go into a coma? Worst! I will revert to McDonald’s ice cream after this last experience! 👎🏼
