Pizza was so over done that the crust tasted like cardboard and the cheese was burnt and very chewy. Very little sauce and toppings were on it.

I thought the pizza was good but the customer service washed that away immediately. Everything is rush rush rush get your food and get out of here. I rather drive a bit farther to get good pizza and great service.

Ordered catering for Christmas Eve. Food was on time and really good. Only problem was they never gave us the 20 garlic bread sticks with the package when delivered.I was okay with the error because things happen.... but called to let them know (so they can prevent it happening in the future). I even waited to call til the next working day because i did not want to bother them on Christmas Eve when I knew they were closing early. I didn't even want anything for the mistake. Just to communicate.When talking to the girl, she said the manager would call us back. The thing I can't accept is NO followup at all. No apology for the mistake....nothing. At least call back if you say you will. They made a small mistake into a BIG mistake by not even attempting to followup.
