I ordered online as I usually do and when I arrived they did not have my order. The young blond woman at the counter looked at my order and informed me that it was placed at a location I've never been to. Clearly my error but she quickly made my order at her location. I absolutely did not expect this service and really appreciate the focus on your customers. Okay so, I have been ordering my pink drink at this location and it always comes out “patchy” and it’s not supposed to look like that! Plus I always make sure I ask “stirred” or “extra shaken” for it to look smooth! I don’t want to be a Karen that’s why I never say something, but after more than 3 times it’s upsetting that I always get the same thing.I really hope they work on this drink because it’s one of my favorites and that’s my closest Starbucks.

Been ordering the same drink for 20 years and all sudden today I got charge extra for asking for little heavy cream on the side since they never can put the right amount in when I ask for light splash of heavy cream I would be gettin half the cup with cream and yesterday Iordered the same thing and didnt get charge for heavy cream on the side
