Blazing Trails Texas BBQ foodtruck

By far the BEST BBQ we’ve had since we moved here. And we are from Memphis so we know BBQ! So tender and juicy, so flavorful, and the sweeter sauce is a win for me! The macaroni and cheese and potato salad complimented the meats very well. Everything we had was top notch and this will be our permanent BBQ spot! (Please don’t decide to shut down anytime soon!) Nice environment, and super nice staff also!

One of the best BBQ joints in the country…not the county….the country. Honestly shocked they only score a 4.9 and not a 5. Try the armadillo eggs and the smoked Mac n cheese….they will change your life.

Hands down, the best beef brisket anywhere. We ordered a full slab of ribs, 2lbs of beef brisket, a whole chicken, a smoked loaded potato and potato salad. It was fantastic!
Prices are a little higher than normal but it's worth it when you are eating great food.
Parking is plentiful and free. We were first in line at 10:30 (they open at 11:00) and by 10:45 there were 20+ customers.
The staff were very friendly and attentive.
I highly recommend this place!

Sorry no pictures but we ordered the pit master ribs,brisket, pulled pork with smoked Mac and cheese and baked beans we also got a half chicken and the bread pudding everything was delicious and we ate on it for 3 days
