We decided to order pizza Tuesday night. Upon pick up it smelled so good we had to try a pice. It was delicious! We regretted not ordering the parmesan garlic bread bites. We pulled over and placed an order and went back for them. They were fresh, hot, and melted in your mouth like butter! Our best Domino’s experience ever was found in West Frankfort, Illinois on a Tuesday night!
There has been something missing or wrong with my orders from this location. Missing sauce cups, pizza cut in squares where I ordered them pizza slices to wrong toppings.
Last straw was last nights order where I got 2 Classic Salads BUT I ordered 2 Chicken Caesar Salads.
The manager on duty said he could give me a Classic Salad with my next order. Not a Caesar but a plain salad.
Never ordering anything from Domino’s again.

We ordered tonight and staff was definitely busy yet still taking the time to listen and understand what exactly I wanted.
We order often and I can say west Frankfort location has not disappointed us yet.
