Can't even stop here anymore because the service is so bad. Dry meat in a sloppy nasty mess on the wrong bun thrown haphazardly into a wrapper that's INSIDE OUT. Milkshakes completely melted. Sogy cold fries. Took 40 freaking minutes to get me and my wife's food and it was a total disaster.

This location is in dire need of an upgrade; the building is run-down, and there was a group of adults "hanging out" talking loudly, using obscenities, etc; one man was barefoot inside the lobby. Food was cold, and the coffee was full of grounds. Understaffed, and just not a good experience.
