Our pizzas are always SCREWED UP. today we got a pizza that looked like a literal child cut it. Have you ever seen a pizza cut into 9 slices?? Neither have I until tonight. A few weeks ago we got 2 deep dishes that had the lids mashed into the pizza, by the time we got around to eating it half the crust was stuck on the box. We can only take one more mess up before we’re boycotting this specific location tbh. If you aren’t making the entire LC menu you can’t AT LEAST cut a pizza and close the box properly.

Food is fantastic and very affordable. You can grab what is already prepared or place an order. They've never gotten our order wrong and we've never waited more than twenty minutes.

The pizza was good however I wasn't familiar with an express store before, so when I ordered I didn't realize it was small and when I asked the lady that served me she was standoff-ish and hateful which threw me off. I was polite grabbed another hot and ready and left. I will not be returning.

Personal experience; Ordered a pizza with 8 year old nephew and was told to wait 20 mins. We arrive in 20 mins and they hadn't even started preparing it said they didn't know I ordered. So another 10 mins but mistakes happen so I just asked that they'd discount it. No yelling or anything. I'm not a rude customer. Well the girl comes out practically throws the pizza in my face and I even said thank you. Real hatefully goes "Yep." & Slams the window in my face. Not a very good way to treat customers and behave when there's a child in my back seat. We will spend a bit more and order elsewhere.

Was the second person in line for 15 minutes. Then was told that it would be another 15 minutes when I got to the window. Last time I had to wait 10 minutes. You're entire chain was built on the slogan "Hot and ready".

Pizza is always hot and tasty. Staff are very friendly. Store is kept clean and stocked.
