I'm from out of town and was just stopping to have breakfast with the family. The server was quick and friendly. The food was very tasty and the prices were right on point. Although I was there for breakfast I did take time to eat a piece of peanutbutter pie. I must say I like pie and this pie was real good! So if you local or just passing through make sure to stop and enjoy the food (especially the pie). It's worth the moment you use to enjoy the food.
Well I, and five of the best people I know, marched in like a cloud of hungry locust eyeballing a farmer's field in Kansas! I had heard about this top-notch diner and their fantastic pie, so I brought along the "Pie-ranna" (my brother) who could vacum a pie down to its crust in two seconds flat (if it was good). I has the chicken and dumplings. My friend Kathy had a patty melt with onion rings. I also had THE BEST freshly-brewed iced tea ever!! Kathy had an excellent cup of coffee as well. It was about 10:45 am on a Saturday. They weren't very busy. We seated ourselves & were greeted as we walked in the door. Waitress was quick to get us the menus & take our drink orders. Our food was served hot & fresh. Both entrees were absolutely delicious! First time dining here...
