I've noticed recent improvements to the speed of service.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal with carmel iced coffee.
They forgot to add bacon to the burger so I asked them to bring some. What they brought out were overcooked bacon pieces.
They didn't stir the iced coffee, so only the bottom had thick gobs of carmel (which I drank in the first 2 sips, so the rest of my cup had no caramel flavor.)

Half of the order menus don't work. Had to move our car several times to find one working.

Ive never had a negative experience at West Frankfort Sonic,other than recently the last few times I've gone a couple of the menu boards seem to be out of order, and they always seem to be the ones I pull into first. 4 stars on food,only because they took away the Chicago Style Hotdog, I'll die on that hill. Service is always fast and friendly,I always leave a tip. IF you're not happy with the atmosphere at a Sonic chose better company,your eating in your own car, or you can get out and enjoy your meal at the picnic table. Fix the boards and I'll change my rating to a 5

Always saying the slushy machine is down. And bringing the wrong order to the wrong vehicle
To be so busy today 4-16-24 just now at 3:50. I got old chicken, well jerky chicken. And old cold tots. ?☹️. Not happy at all. Now I am gonna order pizza and hope it's better.5-1-24. I gave y'all another chance and this is what I got for food. Old dried up chicken slinger.

Not real happy tonight!! I'll be there tomorrow sometime. Got food came home to eat and got to the bottom of my extra pickles and the last one had a bite out of it!! I'd like to return the favor to whoever was working tonight and make them pay for it!! That's so low to do that to your customers...
