We only ordered 2 corn dogs and 2 drinks. The guy brought out 2 corn dogs and 1 drink. He was going to take our cars inside, not a good idea! Don't need someone writing down my card number, to pay for the other drink. We called for the manager and she read back the correct order but did nothing to accommodate us!

I will never be visiting ur Sonic in West Frankfort il again who is working the night shift around 11pm July 9 2025 me and my husband came and got yelled at by whoever ever was taking headset orders she was very disrespectful and should not be taking orders she wasn't even paying attention to what we was asking her and yelled at us so we left with out getting our food very disrespectful and disgusting and I will not recommend this place to anyone tell them to stay away far away from it

Do not get milkshakes from here. They're super thin, almost watery, and I put it in the freezer to thicken it up and when I tried to eat it the milk tasted sour.

Don't buy drinks. If you ask for diet you'll get regular or regular and get diet it's been bad for last 2+ years. We used to get cherry lime 1 to 2 times a day and they are messing up the orders. I have contacted them they surveys email and phone no change my daughter is diabetic no sugar means NO not regular drink we have wasted tons of money for nothing. I am 68, I have worked for and been going to Sonic rest my whole in Indiana, Texas and Illinois. This is the worst !!! I have lived here 25 yrs and never had this bad of service

I guess making a plain burger is too hard for West Frankfort Sonic. Won’t be ordering from the sonic here anymore because even when I say “plain” loud and clear and they enter it in as plain, I still get a loaded burger. Every single time. Pay attention.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal with carmel iced coffee.
They forgot to add bacon to the burger so I asked them to bring some. What they brought out were overcooked bacon pieces.
They didn't stir the iced coffee, so only the bottom had thick gobs of carmel (which I drank in the first 2 sips, so the rest of my cup had no caramel flavor.)
