The Sonic in West Frankfort, IL is the worst I have ever been too! We got Choc covered Sundaes---well they were milk and a little I mean a little frozen with barely any choc. Half the speakers at this place do not work and the kids/adults that bring it out are RUDE. People this place needs to get their stuff together or they will not be here much longer. I know WE WILL NOT be going there anymore!!!!! Think about it before you pull into this joint for a treat or to eat.

I would love to say that your assistant manager Katie is the rudest person I've ever met in fast food she does not deserve to be an assistant manager on the other hand the worker Abby was the sweetest thing ever trying to get my order figured out and the assistant when I asked what her name was she stormed away and ignored me and Abby was standing right there and then Katie the assistant Kate whatever decides to come back up to her as we're talking and says let's go put come inside now so I don't appreciate being a customer and being treated like that when this is my local Sonic I shouldn't have to be treated like that because she thinks she's something being the assistant this is my local Sonic and I have never in my life been treated that bad at Sonic before I go there often and that is the worst assistant you guys have she does not deserve to be an assistant manager NFL food place if she can't handle customers without being rude to me as a customer myself and her crew by demanding them to get inside

Just got all the way home which is out in the country, and I had ordered a Oreo cheesecake blast... got to eating it to only find cheesecake and my Receipt even says Oreo on it! Wasn’t happy, not driving back there and ruined my cheat day needless to say it went to the trash ☹️😠 you can clearly see in the photos.... no Oreos

Car hop was so good, brought everything asked for. Order correct and I even had a complicated order. Hot food and fast!
