HORRIBLE experience. Entire order was messed up went back to the store to be told they were out of the things missing from my order. Never mentioned that they were out of anything the first time I was there never offered to substitute what they were out of for something else. Finally get my missing items “fixed” get home to it wrong again. Bean rice and cheese burrito had only beans and uncooked hard rice. Even the Cinnabons weren’t heated up were hard and cold. I’m always understanding but this experience was beyond ridiculous.

IMPORTANT UPDATE BELOW: They do not make good food for late night. This is the second time I've been there and gotten bad food prepared for me. They need to get it together. Look at this taco with one little piece of meat. Absolutely ridiculous! That's just part of a really bad purchase that seems to be what they serve at this location. Beware of the West Frankfort Illinois location.
Redemption! This place is really turning the page and stepping up their game! New Manager, New Assistant Manager (I believe anyway) and the food has been soooo much better. Good job guys! Keep up the hard work and somebody get me that guy with the dreamy blue eyes phone number! 😍

I'm not one to complain but come on. The entire time here the employee said one word which is ok. The food I ordered was the ten piece chicken nuggets with large frys and large drink what I received was small fries which were the coldest stalest fries I've ever had the drink was a medium so that made me madand when I told the employees I was hit which I don't know man deal with it (seriously?) then I open the chicken box and found 14 peices of chicken so Im not really mad but come on guys and the floor was very sticky and just overall terrible place definitely wouldn't come here again but maybe I just got a bad shift

Came inside to order and waited 15 min. Multiple other orders being finished in the meantime. Had to go up to the counter and remind them I'm still waiting and after about 20 min finally got my food. Good food, horrible service

Dirty, sticky tables and floor, have to use a stupid kiosk to make your order. Sticky drinks they give you, burnt half empty bag of chips, etc. I'll never go here again. Drive to Marion. Horrible. Kiosk alone makes me turn around and leave and I'm very good with computers. Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to.

We came into this Taco Bell, and there were two employees working. Three tabletops needed to be clean. There were orange cracker pieces (like cheddar fish cravkers) all over two tables and on the floor near the main entrance. I got the black bean crunch, which was cold, and the outer flour tortilla was not folded in properly. New customers came in, and the two employees were nowhere to be seen. My husband's order had to be returned because the shredded cheese was not in the burrito. He had to ask for our drink cups.

Taco Bell – West Frankfort, IL
I typically love Taco Bell, but my experience at the West Frankfort location on 12/31/24 was less than stellar. My boyfriend, Brandon, and I went through the drive-thru around 6:30 PM. We ordered 4 soft shell tacos with added onions and sour cream, 8 packs of mild sauce, a large Baja Blast, and a large Breezy.
When we got to the window, they told us they didn’t have any Baja Blast, which was disappointing. I also asked for some salt, but the worker said they no longer had salt available. To top it off, I had to remind them to give us a straw for the drinks. It felt like basic customer service was lacking.
We pulled around, but then Brandon went inside the lobby to double-check. Low and behold, there was Baja Blast and salt sitting there. It seemed like the employee just didn’t want to bother going behind the counter to grab them.
While the food was fine, this experience left a lot to be desired. A little more attention to detail and effort from the staff would have gone a long way. Not sure we’ll be back anytime soon. And only reason I gave him a start doll is because you have to at least give a star if there was a -5 they would’ve got it

You can't teach people to care! Food was cold and my order was mess-up! I don't make it a habit to complain or make a fuss... But this is the worse Restaurant (?) In West Frankfort!!!! I had to drive back for the rest of my order. Then,What I order and what I got were two different things. Some places are worth the money...this place isn't!!!!! It will be a VERY LONG TIME BEFORE I WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY THERE!!!!!!

I had a mobile order and I absolutely 💯 regret it. I will never visit and buy from this tacobell ever again... I had a $37.00 order and I paid for onions to be on one of my boxes and didant recive it. 2 of my boxes were missing items. I got two Fiesta potatoes and they were deflated and burnt like they had been sitting for a long time. I had serval burritos and they were Luke warm barely even wrapped.l spoke to the assiant manager and I just asked for my order to be remade and I've been ignored. Absolutely will never waste my money here again.

Ordered 3 of the boxes and I got a whole lot of a mess. I ordered and paid for onions to be added to one box and they weren't added. Then two of the boxes were missing things. It was absolutely not fresh it was Luke warm... then the potatoes looked like they had been on a warmer for a long about of time

I saw the sign on the interstate that there was a Taco Bell. 9:00 AM and no breakfast! The employee was nice about it, but I was very sad. Yo quería Taco Bell.
