Fast but messed up my order

Waited an hour in line for three items. It was only 11:00 at night. 4 hours before they close. Will not be coming back here soon. They also put regular chicken on a cantina chicken bowl, so they're just straight up scamming their customers

Somebody needs to do something about this store. We ordered and it came out fast. Staff was cool. Only reason they didnt get a 1 star.
But the food wasnt even close to what it should be.
They barely had any filling in the tacos.
They DL taco was smashed into pieces. The crispy chicken tacos werent evn in the taco. The fillings were in the bag. They seem to not care at this location. We WILL not be returning to this one. Its not worth it anymore. Only photo i got.

Normally I don’t make reviews, and if I do they’re good. Usually Taco Bell in West Frankfort is the best one when i go late at night. Unfortunately, the last few times I have gone the food has been made so far from correct and is honestly disgusting. There have been multiple times where they have either given us the wrong food entirely, forgotten our food, or made it wrong in general. Normally one or two issues don’t bother me, but when i notice that 95% of my order is entirely wrong and is almost not edible, and i realize it’s the same person making it each time, then i get concerned. Not saying all this to get them in trouble but if you have a long day and you just want some fast food, it’s irritating when they can’t get any of it right. Also, most of these late nights when we are ordering it’s just us in the drive thru and it’s still taking them 10-15 minutes to make our food, which is a lot of time for not a lot of food. Please please please train your people better!!! Also not to mention the fact that there were people in the back with the food hitting their vapes?!

This is for the delivery drivers.

I was just there trying to pick up an order. Drove all the way from Marion to get there. I get there and they tell me they're making mine next. Then they proceeded to make what appeared to be a large volume of orders for drive-thru and just ignored mine. I get that your company policy tells you to focus on the drive through, however don't forget the order doesn't end with me. There is one of YOUR customers on the other end of my job that probably ordered a significant amount of time BEFORE the drive-thru. This affects the customer and it makes me want to decline ever order from this store because I know it's just going to be a huge waste of time.

First off when I come in and order two nachos belgrande with extra everything w/o tomatoes, and I pay extra for everything and I pay for extra meat and the only thing I get is a tiny tiny TINY.. amount of meat and a crap load of beans...? Did i order a bean dip with chips for $11 each? This is like the 10th time my order has been screwed up here. I give this store my lowest rating because I don't even feel like they care about the reviews or about the customers. What are you doing, saving the food for yourself? Learn some better customer service and food quality handling and prep and maybe you'd get more business. Won't be back until they change. Probably never....

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is the worst. Whoever is in charge of this store needs FIRED. It’s like no one cares about their job there. Y’all are lazy and have no pride. I could never, even if I just made tacos for a living. I would still make sure I made the best tacos. It’s weird because it didn’t used to be this terrible, but now, I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to get screwed over by this place. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken and extra sauce, but instead, I got what basically looks like an empty tortilla. What’s worse, is this is the second time that this exact thing has happened. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, I’m NEVER going back to this poor excuse for a restaurant.
