I typically love Taco Bell, but my experience at the West Frankfort location on 12/31/24 was less than stellar. My boyfriend, Brandon, and I went through the drive-thru around 6:30 PM. We ordered 4 soft shell tacos with added onions and sour cream, 8 packs of mild sauce, a large Baja Blast, and a large Breezy.
When we got to the window, they told us they didn’t have any Baja Blast, which was disappointing. I also asked for some salt, but the worker said they no longer had salt available. To top it off, I had to remind them to give us a straw for the drinks. It felt like basic customer service was lacking.
We pulled around, but then Brandon went inside the lobby to double-check. Low and behold, there was Baja Blast and salt sitting there. It seemed like the employee just didn’t want to bother going behind the counter to grab them.
While the food was fine, this experience left a lot to be desired. A little more attention to detail and effort from the staff would have gone a long way. Not sure we’ll be back anytime soon. And only reason I gave him a start doll is because you have to at least give a star if there was a -5 they would’ve got it

You can't teach people to care! Food was cold and my order was mess-up! I don't make it a habit to complain or make a fuss... But this is the worse Restaurant (?) In West Frankfort!!!! I had to drive back for the rest of my order. Then,What I order and what I got were two different things. Some places are worth the money...this place isn't!!!!! It will be a VERY LONG TIME BEFORE I WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY THERE!!!!!!

I had a mobile order and I absolutely 💯 regret it. I will never visit and buy from this tacobell ever again... I had a $37.00 order and I paid for onions to be on one of my boxes and didant recive it. 2 of my boxes were missing items. I got two Fiesta potatoes and they were deflated and burnt like they had been sitting for a long time. I had serval burritos and they were Luke warm barely even wrapped.l spoke to the assiant manager and I just asked for my order to be remade and I've been ignored. Absolutely will never waste my money here again.

Ordered 3 of the boxes and I got a whole lot of a mess. I ordered and paid for onions to be added to one box and they weren't added. Then two of the boxes were missing things. It was absolutely not fresh it was Luke warm... then the potatoes looked like they had been on a warmer for a long about of time

I saw the sign on the interstate that there was a Taco Bell. 9:00 AM and no breakfast! The employee was nice about it, but I was very sad. Yo quería Taco Bell.

The Service along by Nick in the drive-through is enough for me to be grateful for this Taco Bell location. He was extremely polite, asked if we needed anything move after receiving our food and even gave our dog a “pup cup” that was a very generous amount that was of steak. Absolutely best Taco Bell service received by any across the country!

Food tastes good but it’s getting disappointing lately. I got a crunch wrap and it was practically empty. Just a bit of lettuce and tomatoes, the inside tortilla, maybe a small spoonful of meat mixed with cheese.

I have ate a lot of Taco Bell in my life in the food is not bad at this location but the odds of you getting what you ordered how you ordered are not very good. I absolutely despise tomato and certainly do not want it on any of my food from Taco Bell. But if you try to have them leave it off of any of these items, it will not happen. The window staff at the drive-thru are generally nice and try to make things right, but whoever is making the stuff in the back needs to be retrained. Oftentimes, the food is also not very presentable and in my opinion it's kind of hard to mess up a taco, but this location generally does a good job of making a mess of it. The atmosphere inside is just like a normal Taco Bell. The bathroom is generally not the cleanest, but in an emergency it'll do.
Dietary restrictions: There are some options for those who do not eat meat which just include beans and cheese or lettuce. I believe you can custom build items on the mobile app and maybe add the cash. Register. Myself a ketogenic and I typically have to avoid this place unless I am making an exception as everything is full of carbs.
Kid-friendliness: The location is kid friendly. They can come in and make as much noise as they want, there are foods that they will typically eat, and if they make a mess it's generally not a big deal.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible and accommodates those individuals needs.
I stopped in this afternoon after work was going to get food but I noticed the drive thru was kinda busy so I went inside and immediately could the person making the food screaming and cursing about how ridiculous things were and that management did it on purpose by scheduling 2 people for a Friday afternoon two other customers came in behind me and also could hear them and didn’t look happy either I decided not to get anything

the people here are like super sweet but im so over getting stale food , i have literally not had a fresh batch of nacho fries like ever in the past TWO YEARS ( aside from having them remade . ) and its actually insane . do we not have timers on like anything ??? literally had a woman tell me “ oh but they are only 8 minutes old ? “ hello ?????? its not even just the fries literally everything is always dry . im gonna cry because i love taco bell but like ? i want good food for me spending 20$ for three items .

Lobby was closed. No longer serve truckers. Dude working window told me to hop in a drive ups car and order. Told him I was a truck driver and he replied, " sorry, not my problem. Hop in a drive ups car and order. You can't order at the window". And closed it. Been coming here for years. Mostly for the taco bell.

Wow what a shxt show they got going on here! Had a $30 order and ended up missing 3 items. They tried fixing it and still missed one item. Nachos and taco fries just dumped into a large bag with everything else. Half the tacos were broken. Never again! Premium prices for shxt service.
