We had a group of 8 women there for lunch. What a fantastic deal! Everything on their lunch menu is $8.00, which includes a BIG sandwich or item along with one side. VERY GOOD FOOD!!

I would give zero stars if you could. They gave me someone else's credit card, same color and type. I called back next morning as soon as I noticed. They were to mail me my credit card. I kept following up and they say well we don't have stamps wtf buy them when the mail is delivered, drivers carry stamps. Lying jerks. The girl bartenders are rude and won't wait on other females. Hate this place, Will never go again!

Usually I love Crusens- everyone is kind and works well together! However, I went to a concert that was promoted to begin at 8 and it didn’t start until after 9:30. Sound check didn’t even begin until after 8. If the concert is going to charge for tickets, I expect much better! I’ve had lots of great concert experiences, but this one was definitely needing improvement. I would’ve understood if there was an update via social media, but there was not. Nothing on the wait staff though, because they were still doing a great job.

I had never been to this Crusens location and was pretty excited because there was a band we wanted to see and all of the websites and promotional materials said that the band started at 8:00 we got here early to find out that they really came on at 9:00 so right there I was a little irked. I ordered a pound of traditional barbecue wings they were okay could have used a little bit more spice but they didn't even have any celery to go with it kind of a must-have when you have wings I think. It was also a bloody mess when I asked for a moist towelette, the guy looked at me like I was from a different planet. Oh yeah the glass that he served in my beer in was so sticky I felt like I walking across the floor of an old porn movie theater. Overall a little disappointed the other location on War Memorial was a much better experience.
