Store employees Justin and i don’t know her name but she’s the Hispanic manager the afternoon of August 13th 2025 @1:30pm. Those 2 employees are very rude and cursing very loud at the front register. Manager got upset with me because i wanted to change my order and talked completely nasty to me and Justin was there being rude cursing back and forth out loud with her. Very disrespectful and made it as if my money isn’t worth anything. Very disappointing.

It is at least 20% more expensive than other BKs in area. 1.50 more on a Whopper. Why? Double cheeseburger with one slice of cheese. Not 2 like picture. Crew told me that's the way it comes. Why?
The food quality was okay but the service was horrible. They need a new management. Guy with the tattoo was very rude and hand my order wrong. Burger King so better
