I come to this location because it's close to my house. I've always ordered in the drive thru and I'm not sure why everytime I come I have to be pulled to the front and park. The lady told me to pull in the front but she didn't even see that there was a huge white truck parked and taking up all the spot in the front. I only ordered a coffee why do I have to be pulled to the front? Especially when no one was behind me in the drive thru. This wasn't the first time that this has happened to me either. If you don't have enough staff to work in the morning then maybe you guys need to open later. There was another time I came to this location when they were supposed to be open and no one was there. The store was black no lights on etc. So maybe mornings aren't good for the particular morning crew. Change your shift if you can't handle the morning rush.

Went to a dunkin new to us that we had never went to before because apparently it had a drive through, and we ordered chocolate munchkins. Apparently, this place is too incompetent to have any of what they say they have, because they had no chocolate munchkins, no double chocolate donuts, and no pink strawberry sprinkles. Anyway, we then got told that we had to wait a little bit for a drink that we got. We waited in the parking lot, and it took WAY longer than it usually does. I am flabbergasted at the horrible service, and I believe this is one of the Worst dunkins that we have Ever been to.

It was horrible there all the workers are rude the manager is never there the establishment is very nasty the floors behind the counter is so disgusting I don’t know when the last time they have cleaned the place the bathrooms never have tissue in the compartment I been there 3 times so far and they yet to get my order correct they had an young lady working there when I went she took my order for the frist time and make my drink and it was great I went back the other day looking for her to make my drink and she wasn’t there unfortunately they let her go because she was black and they were all Mexican Latinas I found it very wrong that they let go the only black girl in the store they were also saying bad words just for fun the young girl in there they works front counter goes to the bathroom for 10 minutes to smoke a vape I know because she has told me and I smelt smoke when I went in the bathroom behind her this establishment is very off and needs to be talk too they have Mexicans in there from across the border that has no green card and needs to be investigate.

What great service i experienced today by a wonderful worker at Dunkin’ Donuts by the name of Fabiola‼️‼️‼️ Fabiola was kind, professional and patient as I was having a challenging day & came across rude however, that didn’t bother or move her I apologized immediately because I realized it and made it right‼️ It is never ever my intent to be rude however, because I am human and make mistakes as soon as I realize it or am made aware (which Fabiola never said anything but, remained professional patient and kind! ) I apologize quickly! By the way, Fabiola brought me so much joy when she said to me that “the world needs more people like me???” I am so humbled by such a compliment from such an amazing employee as Fabiola‼️Thank you Dunkin Donuts for hiring great people like like Fabiola! Fabiola is FABULOUS‼️‼️‼️? I pray ? God’s blessings over Fabiola and the entire team at this store‼️

Came here twice over a weekend. Service was super slow and not super friendly. Hot chocolates weren’t mixed at all and didn’t give us stirrers to mix it ourselves. I’ll go elsewhere.
Friendliest crew ever ! How these women find the energy to be so perky & friendly at 430am is beyond me but let me tell you they make donut purchasing fun ! Very clean & orderly store with excellent, helpful service ! Stop here to get a friendly start to your day !

I’m a regular and you can tell that the mid day and night crew are on edge all the time, or very stressed. I think if there was better management that this wouldn’t be as noticeable in the employees. I think there is inadequate management in this place from the owner and manager who don’t know how to teach or do any work to help these employees to know the correct routine. Also is very busy at night and I’m confused as to why only two employees working all the positions in the store.
