I ordered from here 2/16/24. We ordered egg foo young and it was very dry! Sesame chicken with very little sauce and old broccoli, chicken fried rice that was barely seasoned. I’ve ordered multiple times and the food is normally great! Because of this I called and the manager yelled at me and told me that I should ask for extra sauce. Then told me to come back and bring the food and she would refund me. They were closing in 2 minutes and I told her I would come and she said were closed and hung up on me. I will never return or recommend this restaurant again. The worst service I have ever received.

I came here and ordered 2 shrimp and broccoli orange chicken egg foo young and crab ragoon. Spent over $50. Once I made it home the fried rice in the dinner had pork in it. The owner who was a woman said that the rice is pork fried rice. However number 19 which is the broccoli and shrimp says plain fried rice. They were not trying to accommodate me even after I offered to drive back for her to switch the rice out. She was rude hung up and etc. I will never go there again. I do not trust what they put in the food. This place needs to be closed down. I asked could I get chicken or plain rice like menu said. She said no. They get negative stars for the food and service.

Excellent quality food. I am sensitive to salt and cashew chicken is not salty.

Ordered lunch specials 14 chicken and broccoli and 9 shrimp egg foo young.Got back to work and it was burnt soBad noodles were black and shrimp dry and crispy. Called and spoke to owner and she said that’s how it supposed to be. I told her I order this special all the time and bring plenty of business your way. She wanted me hold the food untilI returned to work so she could.I guess I won’t do business no more.

Spicy Szechuan beef combo fried rice egg drop soup was good
I've ordered twice and have not been disappointed! Both the General Tso and Orange chicken tasted great. 10/10 crab Rangoon, and egg rolls were good too!

We got the General Chicken. It was super dry. The fried rice didn't have much flavor either

This is the second time I order after a few years of not ordering from Jay’s wok and I am very disappointed. Both times I have ordered Shrimp plates they have been completely full of big onion and green peppers and only have 4-5 shrimps. The plate is literally all peppers and onions and their portions have gotten way smaller.

They have great sweet and sour chicken. They have great lunch and dinner options that include fried rice, an egg roll and the main dish.

My wife and I get takeout from here about once a week. The General Tsos chicken is the best I've had. It is delicious. The portions are also massive. Ordering extra meat can feed you for several meals. The prices are great as well. I cannot recommend this place enough!
