Do not go here. This place sucks. No one is ever at the counter. My order is never correct. I tried calling to let them know they did not give me what I was asking for and their phone is busy off the hook. The place is dirty. Windows and doors disgusting. Let me remind you I went and they just opened. I will never be back to this store.

The food was clearly in a warmer, not freshly cooked. The chicken pieces were small, but the flavor was good. The food came out quickly. It was quiet, perfect for those who enjoy a quiet environment. There were only two staff members, both busy in the kitchen, so you had to order and eat at the buffet.

As a kid growing up in suburban Chicago, my family ate KFC regularly. That chicken was and still is absolutely delicious. However, beware, you will put on pounds if your not careful. But still, it is the best chicken I ever ate!

I ordered online so I could pick up. Got a notification that it was ready. Got there, the lady told me my order wasn't ready and I needed to pull into the street and wait. Waited another 15 mins for them to finally walk it out. I immediately opened my food and my chicken sandwichs were cold and over cooked. The bucket of chicken I was apparently waiting on was not freshly made thats for sure and they also failed to give me my right sauces. So what was the wait even for????!!! This isn't my first time having a difficult time at this location. I've also been screamed at by staff another time when my order wasn't ready. This will be my last time coming to KFC honestly.
Pre ordered 30 min before hand of arriving. They didn’t have no chicken, gray and etc. I had to wait close to an hour for some chicken that I pre ordered just for them to make some more chicken because they didn’t have any. This was very unscramble and quite frankly this isn’t the first time that this kfc has had some problem I’ve experienced them closing early. People outside smoking, not being at there post. Just really need to do over all
