This location doesn't honor the Kfc App or coupons. The older guy working and older lady tried to explain to me how they cant scan the app or coupons. If the coupons or app gives you $5 off a purchase common sense would mean to me to change the price to $5 less. My total order was $95 as I look for local places to order from monthly for group meeting held at my house, big lost on their side, not that either of the elders working that day seem to care The food wasn't good and I will not return with this type of nonsense terrible unable to math type service.

The place smell terrible, the staff is really bad, no good attitude and mean girls really mean, I order 4 sides and they only gave me 3. I love KFC chicken but in this place was the worse KFC chicken in the world I order 16 pieces of crispy chicken and was completely burnt, I only could eat 2 pieces of 16 pieces.

We came in an hour before they closed (not realizing because it was 7pm on a Saturday night so we thought they would be open later) so they were obviously starting to do their clean up for the night. Anyone who has worked in customer services knows in that last hour you just want to get out of there and may not have the best attitude when customers come in lol. The staff we interacted with were so pleasant and got us our food quickly which tasted delicious! We got the new loaded bowls (we tried the Nashville Hot Loaded Fries and Korean BBQ Mac&Cheese) which were well portioned, had a nice presentation, and very tasty. Kudos to the staff that were there that treated us so kindly and I would highly recommend the new bowls that just came out.

It's been awhile since I went to a Kentucky fried chicken and all the chicken was done. Great!
These people are mean, disrespectful, and do not care about service. Wrong order, too shocked to ask why, and too frustrated to return. This has happened 3 times and this location has consistently been the worst restaurant. Not a lie
Rip off....ordered a fill up box. And didn't come with fries or my 4 biscuits. Which I love. Thanks for stealing my money and giving me less food for the buck. Really feel ripped off amd would like to be replied to asap. This happened today.

I went to go get a meal with my girlfriend and my father and when my father told me that he wanted something other than crispy chicken, the guy yelled at me and repeated my order to me and aggressively told me what else do I want? I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for KFC they are very aggressive and do not care for their job

Memorial day. I ordered two large baskets of 16 wings each. It didn’t occur to me to count it at the time of pickup. Here's what I brought home: two baskets of 10 wings each!! My kids and I were shocked
