Long wait, not enough staff?
Children's Play Room Alarm went off n no staff responded...
I had to go n request that the alarm to be reset.
An male individual came into the room and immediately walked out the exit emergency exit sounding off the alarm.

Asked very nicely to make my food fresh. The burger had to be sitting out for hours, stale, and the cheese was on more of the box than the burger.

I have gone to this location 3 times at the same time in the last month or so, each time I used the mobile app. Each time I did this the workers claim the code will not work, then I explain to them it is literally sitting on my phone with a QR if they could just scan it (as this is the only reason I’m even at McDonald’s) and every time they claim they don’t have a QR scanner even though this is obviously a franchise and every franchise gets the same equipment from corporate…..each time I ended up leaving without food because the workers here are one of two things, either lazy or encouraged to bait and switch customers and try to upsell people who were going to use the app. This issue has never occurred at any other McDonald’s in the area.

A top-notch McDonald's. They have a clean play area, which my daughter likes, and they are always quick with orders. I am particularly impressed by the staffs' professionalism. I don't generally post about fast food places, but they deserve a compliment.

I had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and the manager really took care of us and his staff really made sure we had great experience and food was good and we had 23 plus kids. 10/10 experience

Literally messed up every item I ordered, didn’t put pickles on my mcdouble, charged me $1 for cheese on my mc chicken which was actually a spicy mc chicken, and gave me the wrong sauce I ordered for my nuggets. I understand it sometimes can be busy and people make mistakes but I was the only customer and this seemed to be intentional or just complete idiocy… bear family restaurants please do better… maybe now a good time to quit eating fast food

I generally don’t expect much from McDonalds, but there is a manager(?), I believe his name is David, here who elevates the experience and food. When he is there you will experience what fast food is at its peak.

Garbage McDonald's with a bunch of lazy workers. They wouldnt hand me order through drive thru and made me wait 30 minutes inside when I ordered 20 minutes before. Trash.

08/18/25 @ 7:00 p.m. I ordered a number 6a large with a root deer, two number 5a's medium with a sprite and a carmel frappe in drive thru. I repeated my order at the drive thru speaker several times before driving to the window. The young man finally got my order correct while at the window. I paid and drove up to the next window to pick up the food. The food was passed to me first. I checked the bags. I received one large fry and two mediumsl fries. Two snack wraps (6a) and 8 crispy tenders.(5a's) EVERYTHING was correct.. I received my drinks. The root beer was medium which was suppose to be a large. I made the manager lady aware. She said I paid for medium meals and walked off to complete order orders. I waited a minute before blowing my horn. The lady making drinks stepped over the window. I explained my situation stated above and handed her my receipt.The suppose to be manager lady came to the window and told me I didn't pay for a large meal. I repeated my order to her and pulled out the LARGE fry. I asked her; if I didnt order a large meal why did I received a large fry? I asked for my money back and passed the meals and drinks back. I paid with a debit card, but insisted on getting my money back in cash because it will take a day or two to receive the money back on my card. The manager told me they don't have cash. The drive thru line around the corner at this time. I waited 7 minutes or more before she finally came up with cash to refund me. The young man came to front drive to see what was the hold up. The manger lady alone with the young man standing at the window. I asked the young man what did I order? He responded 3 meals. I asked him what size:? he responded one large and two medium meals. He said i will make it. The manager lady rolled her eyes pushed the young man back from the window. She said I'm sorry and closed the window. She is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't allow her to manage cleaning up dog poop. I went to the McDonald's in Lagrange on Odgen placed the same order. The total bill was the same for both McDonald's, but she said i didnt order a large meal. I have both receipts. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow and mailing a letter attaching the two receipts.
