08/18/25 @ 7:00 p.m. I ordered a number 6a large with a root deer, two number 5a's medium with a sprite and a carmel frappe in drive thru. I repeated my order at the drive thru speaker several times before driving to the window. The young man finally got my order correct while at the window. I paid and drove up to the next window to pick up the food. The food was passed to me first. I checked the bags. I received one large fry and two mediumsl fries. Two snack wraps (6a) and 8 crispy tenders.(5a's) EVERYTHING was correct.. I received my drinks. The root beer was medium which was suppose to be a large. I made the manager lady aware. She said I paid for medium meals and walked off to complete order orders. I waited a minute before blowing my horn. The lady making drinks stepped over the window. I explained my situation stated above and handed her my receipt.The suppose to be manager lady came to the window and told me I didn't pay for a large meal. I repeated my order to her and pulled out the LARGE fry. I asked her; if I didnt order a large meal why did I received a large fry? I asked for my money back and passed the meals and drinks back. I paid with a debit card, but insisted on getting my money back in cash because it will take a day or two to receive the money back on my card. The manager told me they don't have cash. The drive thru line around the corner at this time. I waited 7 minutes or more before she finally came up with cash to refund me. The young man came to front drive to see what was the hold up. The manger lady alone with the young man standing at the window. I asked the young man what did I order? He responded 3 meals. I asked him what size:? he responded one large and two medium meals. He said i will make it. The manager lady rolled her eyes pushed the young man back from the window. She said I'm sorry and closed the window. She is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't allow her to manage cleaning up dog poop. I went to the McDonald's in Lagrange on Odgen placed the same order. The total bill was the same for both McDonald's, but she said i didnt order a large meal. I have both receipts. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow and mailing a letter attaching the two receipts.

I've had two separate experiences at this establishment that were equally disheartening. Unfortunately, it has become evident to me, and others, if you read the comments, that there is a concerning pattern of discrimination towards African American customers. This McDonald's Restaurant was once respected for its professional staff and cleanliness. The previous employees were very kind. However, the current environment reflects these values poorly.
The food preparation and presentation are subpar, to say the least. Not only is the preparation questionable, but it also lacks visual appeal, indicating a significant drop in quality control. Additionally, the management demonstrates a lack of professionalism, and the behavior of some young staff members—engaging in distracting activities near the service window—suggests a failure to maintain appropriate workplace conduct. Ownership must assess these issues critically and implement necessary changes to restore the establishment’s reputation.

This location I almost always get the wrong food. Won’t be back. Wendy’s down the street won’t let me down

I came to this location on June 12 2025 at 7:31pm and there was a female manager YELLING at an employee who was only trying to do her job. I don't care where you work, a manager should always remain professional and lead by example.
Not by some tyrannical power trip and fear. Poor girl. Anyway hope the manager gets yelled at by upper management herself. Way to increase employee turnaround and make a nice evening super uncomfortable for guests.
Overall food was fine, fries were soggy as usual.

They don't care about what the app is doing. They take your order and if you don't get what you want they don't care. I used the app for on
e of their lunch deals not realizing it was still breakfast. Instead of telling me it wasn't much yet they use the app code for rewards, gave me my drink, but I didn't get any food.

We were given four cold fries and they also forgot to give us two of our drinks in the drive thru. So, once we went inside the manager with the light blue button up shirt on was rude. He didn’t even give me a chance to say what I needed gave us small cups without asking the size then made a sarcastic remark when we stated that we had a large drink! He didn’t even ask what size we had once I said my fries were cold he just went to grab fries and basically wanted me to shut up and leave! I guess because we were BLACK, we didn’t deserve to say what we paid for, WE GET WHAT WE GET AND THATS IS IT! He definitely needs to work on his people skills!

I love that they have a soda machine available so you can make your refill yourself without waiting for someone to be available to help you with it.
