I enjoy getting breakfast and coffee at Panera. I understand the new policy of handing out cups with the order due to people stealing, but I wish they had a way to get your cup right away with kiosk orders.

I get an order ahead meal at this Panera a couple times a week and haven't been let down so far! They take the time to ensure each order is correct, which is appreciated!

This was my first time at this place. I was driving home one very congested day on the 294 and couldn't take the traffic anymore, plus I had to pee. So I pulled off to find a gas station and found this place first (right next to a gas station, btw). I popped in figuring I'd hang for a while. It was right around dinner time, maybe six or seven ish...and the place was pretty empty. There were some customers there, but mostly empty. Surprisingly all the tables were dirty. Like all of them. I had to ask them to clean one off for me and the guy immediately began cleaning several up without giving me any attitude. He was very nice and apologetic about it. The other staff I talked to were also very nice and the bathroom was clean. So it seems like a good Panera to go too. All in all, I would go again...if I got stuck in traffic again.

Love their half turkey sandwiches with chips, salad or soup. No wait order ready when you pick up.

I met my daughter there for lunch. I haven't been to a Panera in months. I stopped going because the salads and sandwiches just were not like they used to be. The salads had too many lettuces stems and not enough leaves. The soups I liked were seasonal. This visit was better. But still overrated.

Good food, I go here quite a bit, but the casheirs are usually a bit dumb. Worst thing is terrible vegetarian options. Broccoli cheddar soup? Has meat. Potato soup? Has meat… etc. Why?

Panera’s are the tastiest bagels in the neighborhood! After a minor technical issue with my online order, the manager kindly corrected the matter.

Lack of customer service and urgency.
Is there training involved? I’ve seen someone work 1 menu item at a time, moving with anxiety instead of having a work flow.

I normally don't do reviews however I am so not happy with this location!!! I ordered a chicken avocado BLT on a asiago bagel but I modified it to be a regular BLT with no tomato. The store called me to confirm the order which I appreciated, although that doesn't change the fact that when I received my sandwich it LITERALLY had one slice of bacon on it and a bunch of lettuce. I didn't ask for salad on a bagel!!! For a big corporation like this I would expect better quality, I mean technically I saved the business money due to not getting chicken, avocado, tomato, and garlic aoli on the sandwich. I didn't even ask for the store to replace those ingredients with more bacon I just assumed I would get more than one sliver of bacon on my sandwich, I mean honestly who wants a sandwich with a tone of lettuce and mayo but one slice of bacon. I frequent Panera A LOT and I have never been this disappointed before. Hopefully this can be addressed so it doesn't happen again to someone else. I have attached a photo that way it is known I'm not exaggerating, I literally took 2 bites when I noticed I was only eating lettuce.

I'm only giving it a low post because corporate won't do anything about their glitchy rewards program
