As a long-time customer of Taco Bell, I am deeply disappointed on behalf of my friend, Vicky, who has been a pescatarian for 17 years. She used to love eating here, but over the last three years, Taco Bell has failed her repeatedly.
At least eight times, she has specifically ordered beans instead of meat in her food, only to discover beef in her meal. Despite double-checking with staff during the ordering process and being assured that her food was made correctly, she has taken a bite only to find out otherwise. This isn’t just an inconvenience – it’s a violation of her dietary restrictions and trust.
Mistakes happen, but this level of carelessness shows a lack of accountability and attention to detail. For vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions, accuracy isn’t optional – it’s critical. Taco Bell advertises itself as vegetarian-friendly, but experiences like this make it feel otherwise.
Until Taco Bell addresses this serious issue with its staff training and quality control, I can no longer recommend it to anyone with dietary preferences or restrictions.

I do not know what's happened here but the last three orders that I have had here over $25 each have all been incorrect. Every time I call I have to go back or it's some sort of unnecessary step to refund me money. Do not come here there is no accountability and I don't think they care

Went all in and got the Cheez-it crunch wrap.I had heard it's got a shorer life span than the tostada based one. In the app you can customize it so did easy sour cream and nacho cheese to help it (added some jalapenos) $7.65 with tax.It was good, a novelty really, I can see why it gets soggy, the cheezits pulverize under the slightest pressure, the crunch wrap gets put through a panni press to toast it. I gobbled it in the parking lot before running some errands and it was as I described. Get the jalapenos, get the extra lettuce. All and all a tasty treat.

Their drive through menu boards are WAY to small to see prices.

People were walking out bc no one was at the front counter. The staff would look at you but continue to serve the drive thru. You had to lean over the front counter to order and then the man had an attitude like we were bothering him. Very poor customer service.

Very slow service and they don’t even apologize or give a free extra add on for the inconvenience of the wait time your waiting which is long .

We waited at the drive through to make an order for 25 min. It was Friday 11:30 pm. Long line at the drive through. However, all the customer associates were busy staying outside and having a nice conversation to each other. That's hilarious. Mexican village style service ?
