The "Jungle Plate" owners are friendly, personable, happy...simply a bucket full of joy. They make you feel so welcomed, like you're family and have known them forever!

They have shared with me soon good news of great plans for things they are also will be featuring there. Things like themes for fun African nights, music, and arts (just to name a few). I'm so excited for them and can't wait to experience it.

The food that I purchased at the Jungle Plate was pretty good. I got the jerk tacos and jollof rice. The Jollof rice slaps hard! It had a nice level of heat to it and juicy chuncks of seasoned chicken The portion sizes could be a little better for the price. I would definitely go back but for the cost JP gotta increase the portion size a bit more....I truly hope the establishment becomes successful.

I wanted to try some authentic African food; I have to say after watching a lot of Nollywood, the food looks so good and spicy. Most African restaurants are North, I wanted something closer to home. The Jungle Plate was not disappointing. The Jollof Rice is amazing, egusi soup loved it, asun pepper with plantain again loved it. Now waiting for some suya and pepper soup. It's best to order before going if you're in a rush, but it's worth the wait also. Good food...
