I've been going there ever since they opened up many years ago. There are many of the same staff there and they work their butt off! And the place is just the absolute best hands down! I just found my new fave sandwich...the Turkey on a plain toasted bagel and it comes with lettuce, red onion, tomato &some sort of mustard. It's amazing!

ordered a dozen bagels, and after toasting several at home found the quality snd flavor was not the same as usual. Example: cheddar and herb had no visible cheddar, and the herbs tasted off. Did you change the recipe?
Veggie sandwich on baguette was fine. Employees were nice. But— Ordered an iced coffee with “room for cream,” but they only offer these Coffee Mates, which are unfit for human consumption. Also, they left their industrial broom and dustpan prominently among the tables—poor presentation. No restrooms for customers—really?!!?

Sandwiches are good. Not worth what is charged. Bagels are excellent. My cost person was for only TWO people!

Great bagels and coffee - perfect to start the day:) fast and delicious food. grab it and start your day right :) i recommend bagel with salmon and capers.
My husband and I have been coming here since they opened and we are regulars here. Favorites: chicken caesar sandwich, popeye omelet in a wrap, mushroom bisque soup and any salad. So many food choices though soups tend to be sold out around 2pm.Staff works hard to keep the line moving (very busy when LT lets out), and to keep the place clean. Miguel, Ketta, Marie and Ari have have been there for years...nice to deal with people who "know your name."

$15 for lox bagel, overloading with heavy cream cheese and tomatoes mostly
I asked for 6 bagels sliced and she did not slice them
Nice, helpful, efficient staff. Love that they have hummus for vegetarian/vegan bagel sandwiches!
