I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.

Always a treat when I am in town to grab some baked good. Picked up donuts and a cheese coffee cake for the staff at La Grange Memorial ICU. Hands down best bakery around!

Best Eclairs I've ever had! Everything in this place is amazing

Brought variety of doughnuts.
Only the blueberry and the original doughnuts were tasty.
The brownie was chocolate cake with chocolate icing ,no brownie taste.
The bananna could not taste and the peanut butter on top had to be generic.
The snicker one was not good, just a chocolate doughnut with stuff on top. The maple icicing could use less water or milk mixed.

The absolute best cake donuts I have ever tasted. My grandma use to have them for us when we visited her as kids. Live in Texas so I rarely get to go, but when I do I get 5 to 6 dozen to make the trip back. Chocolate glazed cake donuts is dreamy. Can't wait to get back. I deep freeze them and take a couple out the night before and by morning they are still perfect. I miss you Kirschbaum and can't wait to see you.

Everything here is delicious. Chocolate coffee cake is a must-have. Donuts, eclairs, smiley-face cookies, and cinnamon coffee cake are all amazing too.
