Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

The cashier in the pick up area is rude, inefficient, and entitled. I canceled my entire order and recommend no one goes here on Friday evenings, it’s the only time I know she works. She definitely needs to be written up or fired. She is actively losing money and trust in this location specifically. I was there at 6:30 pm on a Friday, and they had 2 people waiting in there. She spent over 10 minutes looking up an order that didn’t exist. Rather than assisting anyone else or seeing if anyone was there for a prepaid order. When I went to ask someone else for assistance she stepped in and said “I’ll be with you in a moment” with a type of tone that cause violent reactions and she clearly was not. Instead of waiting I said “forget this” and left.

Greeting!I order in between one of these days 2/1- 2-3 for delivery the young lady was Awesome!I gave direct info.on how I wanted to receive my order.In hand call upon arrival!I saw a text it was delivered and it was left in between doors on the floor as I stated it's a secured building. I called immediately and the young lady again I didn't remember her name was so very apologetic about the ordeal and stated that she did put in the message to make sure they called and they would hand the pizza to me.

I was immediately granted a credit of $30 and I was appreciative of that I love Lou Malnati's we've been ordering forever various locations and I definitely will still order from the in Western Springs!

New to the area from Iowa, ordered a thin crust sausage pizza and it was thinner then cardboard literally. This pizza was so thin there was barely any texture. I had two slices and tasted maybe 3 tiny pieces of sausage, zero onion or green peppers that they charge $7.00 extra for. This pizza makes Papa John's a 10 star place.. I'm all about supporting local and small businesses but this was a horrible experience.

We’ve ordered carry out from this Malnatis for about 15 years and sadly the quality of the ingredients has noticeably declined in the last year or so.

I placed an online order at approximately 1:32 PM on a Sunday, with pickup scheduled between 5:20 PM and 5:35 PM. I received a notification confirming the pickup time as 5:35 PM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee at the front was rude and informed me I would have to wait until 6:00 PM, despite me showing her the confirmed pickup time on my order. There was no apology and her attitude was unprofessional. When I asked for plates and forks, I was given only ONE plate and multiple spoons for a pizza and wings. Overall, the customer service was very poor and the food was cold.

Best pizza in town got to ask for the Butter Crust only way to go

Delicious and fresh! I ordered a deep-dish veggie and a salad. The pizza was perfect and ready on time, and the salad was very fresh and balanced. It was also tastier and less expensive than the same order from a larger chain. I forgot to mention the chocolate-chip cookies-- not overly sweet and just right-- the best restaurant cc cookies I've had. I will be back!

LOVE GIORDANOS DEEP DISH PIZZA, BUT THOUGHT WE WOULD TRY LOU MALNATIS DEEP DISH. PRICE IS ABOUT THE SAME, BUT NO COMPARISON. THE GIORDANOS IS A MUCH BETTER. PIZZA. MALNATIS BARELY HAD ANY CHEESE, LITTLE SAUCE AND JUST NOT AS GOOD.

I've been craving Malnati's for several months knowing I'd be flying in for a quick work trip. I did a maps search and found this store closest to Oak Brook and my hotel. A friend agreed to drive 45 minutes to meet me.

The store seems new but was almost empty at 7:00. I couldn't believe it! The service was subpar. It took a very long time to order, get drinks, and get our pizza. The salad came out fairly quick. Then when I paid I saw the server carrying my card and Bill around the restaurant for at least 5 minutes talking to other tables before he went and processed it. I was tired from traveling and wanted to go to my hotel, but we couldn't leave! If I'm right and this is a new store, they have some clinks to work out.

Great pizza, great service! The were closing at 10pm ordered right before close and i picked up a pizza with no problem and a positive attitude.
