Salerno's Pizzeria & R. Bar

My husband and I stopped at the Salerno's location after picking up some bakery at Kirschbaums! I grew up eating pizza from the Berwyn location(which moved to Oak Park). Our waitress was very nice and helpful. We ordered the largest pizza, so we could have leftovers too! Was delicious, as all Salerno's pizza!

Every time I come here with my family, we never have a bad experience. Food is always delicious. Service is usually okay. The only thing that affects a full 5 star rating is that the tables are extremely sticky to the point that the menu doesn't come off easily from the table other than that everything is great

Got to love carry out. 2 guys hanging on their phones, feet up;
They pull the pizza, salads and and chicken out of the warmer - I asked - salads and pizza in a warmer? Quote “don’t worry the warmer doesn’t t work”

My wife and I stopped in there on a Saturday. The place was empty so I had a chance to talk with our server. We split a big piece of Lasagna. It was very good. We also ordered a pizza it was either traditional or original crust. It was ok. We took most of it home and it tasted much better for some reason a couple of days later. It reminded me of the old days getting it from the Salerno's in Berwyn! The server was terrific and informative about the history of the restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and we will return.

The food is great love the Pizza ? staff is very helpful the outside patio is huge with custom drinks and even a stage in the back for special events with live music ? a must stop in for some great food,fun and drinks.

Ordered delivery online. Expected direct delivery as indicated on home page. Missing half of order, no resolution from Salerno's management. The pizza was horrible. Lack of sauce made it inedible. Perhaps the missing item tasted better. Will not order again.

Table was sticky, waitress said it was the finish, eww! Been there before with no issue, but this time too many. Sadly, not going back.

Good server and food. BUT why the $2 fee for ice "on the rocks"?!? That's ridiculous. FYI.. order your scotch straight and use your water ice. Also, why a "hospitality fee?!" That does not go to server. They need to get rid of these fees!!

Former family run business, now a typical sports bar. Used to LOVE their pizza, its ok now. Service is slow and waitress not customer oriented. I will have to try the other Salernos in the area and see if they are what I was craving.
