I live in the area and frequent this location often, it seems every time I’ve gone in the past few months I’m getting very bitter latte’s. I once asked a woman at a Starbucks Store, she was a ‘master barista’, or something like that, why is it some latte’s taste better than others. She said if the pour sits too long in the cup before liquid being added the shot turns and becomes bitter. As I watch my latte’s being made here, it explains the bitterness. Better training is needed

Nice little Starbucks in the heart of this charming town of Western Springs. Coffee is prepared well and there is room to sit and work or catch up with friends. In addition outside is a small seating area .

DO NOT COME here AFTER 3PM if ur an adult all the teenagers come here and it’s super crowded, it took me 20 mins to get my order. They had 3 people behind the bar kudos to them. To be fair it’s the first day that they released the winter drinks but omg I had to say excuse me several times just to get through.
Horrible. Walked in at 930am waited to order. By 954am still no drink. Paid $5 for a grande hot chocolate. Never did get my drink. People in front and behind orders left ahead of me. Finally just walked out so I wouldn't miss my son in the parade.

This Starbucks always seems to have samples of new drinks when I’m there. It’s great that they share these samples as I’m not quite sure about them, and yesterday I learned I like the lavender oatmilk latte.
