Delicious snowcones, and local kids are the workers!
Good portions and lots of flavor. Staff were very kind and helpful. Lots of syrup flavors.
Great place, shame it’s only open for the summer. Hardworking employees that do their best to create a welcoming environment. Also, the snow cones are delicious. Only thing is they increase prices every summer, and $6 for a small snow cone is a little much.
This was my first visit and I was pleased with my small sized snow cone. I ordered the ocean pacific and my Mother ordered a black cherry both were so large even though we ordered a small. The shaved iced was completely covered with flavoring and the flavors were tasty. The employee was friendly and helpful. We would go back and recommend giving this place a try if you are in the Western Springs area. The location is a little hard to find since it is the last business on the side of the building and not visible from the main street. Overall, a great place to get a cool summer treat!
Snowcone was fine, but the kid working there was sleeping so deeply on the table in the back my husband literally had to walk back there to wake him up.

Worth the money large servings and love the holder the cup is in. Only complaint was that they are not allowed to accept tips.

Grew up in Hawaii. It isn’t summer without shave ice. Tropical Sno makes me homesick.
The staff that works here are always friendly and patient. Today they were extra fantastic.
Manager: I wanted to leave them a tip but you can’t do it with Apple Pay. Please fix this so staff can make a little extra money. Like most people I don’t carry cash

Recommended dishes: Shaved Ice
Inconsistent with packing the serving and splashing with syrup- is either too misc or too little flavor. Some flavors are expired. Lately water/ ice shavings has/have an aftertaste that indicates dirty filters are used!!!Please sanitize equipment!!
