Took my nieces for ice cream today as I’m not always able to take them out as much as I’d like too. Was unfortunate that there was not much ice cream available because they were cleaning & left us with very few options. As a business owner I understand how important it is to treat customers with at least a small bit of enthusiasm & a smile can go a long way. Along with very solid “no, we don’t have that” answers the staff seemed very annoyed to be there to take care of customers which made it feel very uneasy & unwelcome at this establishment. It’s understandable to have tough or bad days but when you are in the service industry a smile can go a long way. The fact that they put the ice cream selections back in soon after we received our orders along with the apparent lack of staff giving off a sort of unwelcome energy made for a very morbid visit to this Baskin Robbins as everyone there gave off the feeling that they did not want to be there. It could have been a simple but slightly enthusiastic “Hi, how can I help you?” with an inkling of a smile especially when you are about to say no we don’t have that when you actually did a few minutes later could have made the difference in someone’s day including your own. I normally don’t leave reviews like this but I just wanted to express how sad it is to have simple common interactions with establishments & consumers to go so negatively when it only takes simple things to remedy the situations even if it is a “slight” inconvenience. It makes it appear as if they do not like to have customers & that doesn’t bode well for any business establishment. I would’ve ordered more to support the establishment & would even travel much further for a much better experience. Again, I understand that it is just a Baskin Robbins & it’s just ice cream but think about that… it’s sad that instances like this cheapen what we think of the brand & what we expect as far as the experience we receive from them.

Listen to this. I pull up to the drive through at 9pm on a Friday and ask for a chocolate shake. “I can’t because I’m cleaning it right now and the person closing doesn’t know how to do it”. This is a 24 hour establishment refusing to make a shake on a Friday night. Terrible service & not worth visiting. ?????

Drove to the establishment during hours before 9 pm and all doors are locked with over 15 people inside. People inside pointed to the drive through which we proceeded to try. With a rude response lacking empathy from the worker she told us that they are no longer serving ice cream and are only serving hot coffee for the night as it says open 24 hours! As we pull around after being denied service for ice cream there are people inside reviving scoops of ice cream! Now I don’t know if the Diabetic club had a meeting inside (average BMI inside was ~35) or what but this place should have a meeting about how to treat customers. For a Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin robins it is a little unbelievable to think the the only item available is hot coffee at any hours of operation. Would not recommend a visit at any time!!!

I asked for a creature creations for my daughter and the person who took my order did not make the order correctly, and had an attitude when asking to add on extra toppings. When I drove up one of the girls (not sure if it was the same person) gave me my order (a milkshake) which was liquidy.. I could barely drink it. They put another scoop of ice cream in another cup with only whip cream. They refused to add whip cream and cherries on the creation I requested. Everything melted in the end. I normally come here, but whoever was working tonight had bad customer service and lacked accommodations. Poor service!

Tried to get ice cream at 10pm on a Saturday. The drive thru was the only thing open and the drive thru mic and speakers were so crackly it was impossible to understand the worker. Really terrible customer experience, we just had to drive away.
Common Scents
They are closed and the guy was ignoring us even though they stated they were open. They were being incredibly rude to us and I will never be going back. 0 STARS if I could. Truly disappointed and will not be coming back.

Very dirty place. There were flies on the donuts and the freezers were extremely dirty and had insects in them. I talked with the associate and asked her to talk with the manager and she told me she couldn’t contact him and to just leave a review, so that is what I am doing.Bad experience, very poor customer service and the store was in very unsanitary condition, not appropriate for selling ice cream. Not recommended!
