I wanted to order a peppermint ice cream treat they offer. I downloaded the app and ordered it from this location which is farther from my house. The app said the locations near my house did not have this flavor anymore but this location did. So I ordered it along with some ice cream for another person.
When I arrived they said one of the flavors I ordered for the other person was out so I looked at the flavors they had and they only had about 9.5 flavors (and not the good ones) instead of the 31 flavors BR always claims it has. I asked for a bag for the 3 scoops of ice cream and they gave me a huge cake bag. How dumb.
Then they told me they were out of the treat I ordered too which the app said they had. They suggested using vanilla with peppermint pieces so I said okay. It was disgusting. All they did was put pink sprinkles on top, not peppermint pieces. I ended up throwing it out and getting a shake at Steak and Shake instead.
They didn’t even give me a receipt so I couldn’t fill out their survey in the app. What a clown show! So 5 stars for Steak and Shake and 1 star for BR.

Went there for a waffle cone w pistachio ice cream. The guy that worked there didn’t even know if they had it or not. When I got home the ice cream was freezer burn. And they charged me $10. I will never go back there

Called to ask a question and see if they had a flavor we were looking for. Gentleman on phone was nice and courteous and let us know they did not have it. He was apologetic and thanked us for calling. Great job!

We got the chocolate and mint ice cream cake based on past experience that was positive. This birthday cake was meant to be a joy to share, and they turned out, exactly the opposite and awful layer of fudge and taste lace white cream instead of the traditional green mint… Deeply Dissatisfied with the changes.
