This is awesome chili in a small, no-frills bar. My one and only complaint is that they only give you one small paper napkin....for chili 😆 This is the case every time I've gone. There's no Napkins out somewhere where you can go grab yourself some more. You'd have to ask. Again, it's CHILI ... people are gonna need Napkins. The Chili is fabulous, though !! ♡
Not what I expected since the signs make it seem like it's a chili parlor, not a bar that serves chili. The service was friendly and prompt, and the chili wasn't bad but 50 cents for onions is too much. Oyster crackers ( a generous bowl full) are complimentary, though.
Exactly what I was looking for ? The service went above and beyond on a cold winter night. The place was packed.
Vegetarian options: They have a grilled cheese sandwich, and the cheese is pretty good quality. I topped it with onions and jalapenos and it was delish. I appreciate the vegetarian recommendation. Chili is not vegetarian, but the service went above and beyond.
