Waiting in line for over 10 minutes for 2 burgers. I came in to avoid the super long drive through line, because no one was in side. Someone walked in after me, and received their order and received an apology. I was rushed out the door once my order was ready and not an apology or compensation for my wait.

The food was hot and tasted great! I love their jalapeno bites and the new crispy onion whopper is great! Saul did a wonderful job taking care of my order. Everyone was professional and friendly during my trip. I went around dinner time - about 4:30pm.

So everything was good on my trip to this BK besides the fact that I ordered a fanta orange and was given a fanta orange zero yes I can taste the difference. Other then that everything else was good.

This Burger King is located in Westmont, IL. It is large and airy. There are plenty of seats and it is always clean! The workers are very friendly and always willing to help. The food is fresh, warm and delicious!
Told them my order 3 times before they herd me then still proceeded too not get it all. Then says I’m not speaking loud enough but when I raise my voice they laugh. 2 people trying to talk at the same time complaining at me for not being loud enough then laughing when I get louder
