New Ownership. Everything you read was the old restaurant. New owners are very engaged and don't have the Soviet mentality and customer service issues.
Very nice cosy European restaurant. You literally wouldn't know you were in the USA and not Vilnius. The borscht is better then what I had in Ukraine. It's fantastic! Delicious kielbasa.
