Did Citrus Diner change hands? I always could count on it for a great meal. Today, however, the service was marginal and the food terrible. It used to be my go to place. Will not be back. We had the Don King and the egg white tacos. Horrible! Definitely not worth the money. Will not be back. Very disappointed

I have been coming here since I was a kid and I was really excited to come here for brunch. I got the tortilla soup and it was amazing as it was the first time I had it. However, the actual meal me and my partner ordered was not that great unfortunately. My partners omelet tasted like plastic and the potatoes were unseasoned. Our server was amazing though, thank you to Sarah for the help and servicing us!

Omg this place is so cute. It's got that classic diner style with plenty of modern touches. I got the steak and eggs and finished every last bite 🙏

I ordered Swedish Joy, which was supposed to be filled Swedish pancakes with lingonberries on top. I was served Swedish pancakes with disgustingly sweet filling with powdered sugar on top and globs of lingonberry jam, not lingonberries. The waitress asked how everything is, and I said I can't eat it because it is too sweet. She said "oh" and walked away. I told the hostess the same thing and she also didn't care. I'll never go there again because the menu didn't say the correct thing about what was on the pancakes, and the two people I talked to didn't do anything to resolve it.

My swedish pancakes were disgustingly sweet. They were supposed to be filled and topped with lingonberries but we're filled with super sweet something, covered with powdered sugar and topped with globs and globs of some kind of jam, maybe lingo berry.

This has long been one of my favorite places for lunch. I always get the Pavo sandwich with the tortilla soup. The soup remains consistently good. The sandwich this time was disappointing. The bread seemed slightly stale and the sandwich was thrown together with no care. The fries appeared to be refried from the day before. Of course I'll come back because that soup is my favorite but I may start getting only the soup.

The food was pretty good. The eggs on the crabby Benny were slightly undercooked but it was delicious. Steak skillet was decent. The steak was salty but the rest of the skillet was not. It definitely worked when you mixed it all up. The hazelnut coffee was great. Very friendly staff and great service. My only issue is that this place is extremely loud. Like, very loud. I'm guessing it has something to do with the way the seating areas were built, sort of in an "L" shape and the walls are tiled. So, you're hearing every conversation as you're very close to the people across from you in the booths. If you or your kids have any sensory issues, this place may be difficult to enjoy a nice meal. Definitely bring headphones or earbuds

As a Floridian, when I saw the words “citrus“ diner, I figured they did not know what they were talking about! However, they do squeeze oranges to make orange juice right there on the premises! That’s awesome!

I went there for lunch. Had their chicken tortilla soup, which was fantastic, thick, not watery and just the right balance of spices. I also had the half of chicken sandwich called the clucker and a small salad with spicy ranch dressing. Everything was very good, and blended well with each other.

Overall the location is easy to get to, the restaurant is well designed…I was a touch underwhelmed with the food, likely due to what I ordered. I had the avocado toast with a sunny side up egg and tomato on it. The tomato was $1.50 extra and was not entirely ripe (grape tomatoes would have been better for this?), and the egg was almost cooked through (not runny) with a couple surprises of shell. I’ll come back and try it but was definitely bummed about the meal.

Stopped in today because I loved when Moondance Diner was here. The restaurant seemed the same and the food was just as good but was charged a dollar for a side of ranch and a side of barbecue sauce! But wasn't told there was a charge for these things! It's really uncalled for when they don't tell you beforehand! Either change the policy or tell people ahead of time that there's a charge for it!
