Reopen!!!! Great ice cream, and here again just in time for spring break.

Temporarily closed after a car drove through the front door.

I visited this location for the first time tonight and was surprised by a few things:
-The establishment was very clean. It is clear that they care about not just appearances but also about food safety.
-The service was both prompt and professional. I ordered a simple root beer float but it looked exactly like the advertisement. When is the last time that ever happened in real life at a fast food place? It was filled completely without any overflow and without a mess.
-The friendliness of the owner, Pinky, is unrivaled. I’m just a regular customer coming in and we ended up talking for quite a while. This store is owned by a real person who is hard-working, genuine and fair. It’s nice to know that there are still some good people out there. I will happily come back and support this specific establishment.

Parking: Parking is plentiful and easy.

The owner is always so kind to our family. Service is quick and accurate. The best part is that the female owner always remembers our daughters orders. And if I go in without them, she always asks about them.

This is one of the best diary queens I have ever been to. it has so many different things to choose from. From all the cakes to the amazing ice cream they have so much delicious variety. The food isn’t the only good thing, the staff is amazing especially the one staff member pinky she is always so nice and brightens the atmosphere. I know my ice cream is in good hands when I see her. If you want a delicious frozen treat come to this Dairy Queen they know how to make it amazing.

This place has the nicest service ever. Me and my friend Kevin always go to this dairy Queen and we can always count on the amazing customer service and food quality. We are always excited to see our favorite worker, pinkey, working there because she is so kind and makes the BEST Mr misty freeze's EVER! I am recommending this location to all of my friends because it's the best place to get ice cream and unwind. I would give it 6 stars, but that's not an option.

I got a cake for my 6 year old. There were limited cakes available all were plain decor and most were blizzard cakes. My kid has a nut allergy so half of them weren’t an option for us as they were Reese’s or some other nut candy. I asked if there were more cakes, but the cashier basically said to check the freezer up front (the one I was looking in) she said there may be some in the back, but her tone was not one that was interested in helping.

I found 1 boring one plain cake that worked. I asked if it could have writing on it as the top had no decoration and was plain white. It even lacked frosting. The cashier said the cake decorator was not there so having something written wasn’t an option. This is not my normal DQ, but at most of the other ones I have visited, the high schoolers attempt to put a message or get someone else to do that. The cashier waiting on us, was unwilling to do anything. This is why I rated the service 1 star.

This location does not take the DQ App- so that is why I am rating the atmosphere 1 star.

We only went here as it was my kid’s birthday. DA cakes are fine, but not worth $40 if the cashier is unwilling to put a name on it or if there is no variety and not accept the app. If it wasn’t for my 6 year old having a birthday and needing a cake, I would have walked out.

I expect to have a wait when a place is busy... But 20 minutes for a blizzard? Maybe the two teenage girls behind the counter weren't enough, but I don't think it was entirely a staffing issue, because orders were being filled at a snail's pace. It got to the point where new customers would walk in and be very confused because out of the fifteen or so people in the store, only two of them were actually in line; the rest were waiting for the orders they'd already paid for. I have no idea how this girl was deciding which orders to make, because they definitely weren't made in the order they were placed. There were a couple instances where people would get one item from their order and have enough time to eat it completely before the person they were with got theirs; in between, a couple other random sundaes would come out for other people who had ordered before or after them. The girl at the register did not help make orders--except when a bunch of her friends came in. Then she stepped away from the register to make their blizzards ahead of the crowd of people who'd been waiting 10+ minutes at this point.

When I finally got my blizzard, the cookie dough tasted like it had been in the fridge, picking up the flavors of all the other food, for weeks.

Great ice cream

This is the #1 DQ in existence. It’s held this title for several years — but having just visited again I’m happy to report it’s still fantastic.Clearly family run. They care about the customers and make delicious treats. It’s not close to us…but always worth the trip.Keep up the great work!!!
