Dairy Queen (Limited Brazier)

This place is the same as all the dairy queen stores, they make your ice cream the way they want, not how you want it, and they always have only one poor girl attending all the people, shame on you!!!

Can never go wrong coming to this Dairy Queen, not only is the ice cream great, but the customer service is unbelievable and always a pleasure speaking with the owners and workers!! So glad we have amazing business owners that understand the importance of great customer service in our area!!

I visited this location for the first time tonight and was surprised by a few things:
-The establishment was very clean. It is clear that they care about not just appearances but also about food safety.
-The service was both prompt and professional. I ordered a simple root beer float but it looked exactly like the advertisement. When is the last time that ever happened in real life at a fast food place? It was filled completely without any overflow and without a mess.
-The friendliness of the owner, Pinky, is unrivaled. I’m just a regular customer coming in and we ended up talking for quite a while. This store is owned by a real person who is hard-working, genuine and fair. It’s nice to know that there are still some good people out there. I will happily come back and support this specific establishment.

The owner is always so kind to our family. Service is quick and accurate. The best part is that the female owner always remembers our daughters orders. And if I go in without them, she always asks about them.
