I ordered a vanilla latte and received a black coffee.
Went again, trying to give the benefit of the doubt, and should not have gone. I ordered a small hot coffee with hazelnut but, and received it with only cream.

These employees are really pleasant. It's a shame every Dunkin i go to the employees can recieve tips except this one! Per owner is was told. Hey owner! Tips are gestures of appreciation for good service!

I asked for a double toasted bagel but what I got served was an absolutely dry old bagel. The team has changed and so they are not toasting the bagel in a toaster. I have been coming to this shop for the last 10 years but this new team totally ruined my experience.

Worst customer service… they gave me so much less bacon on my avocado toast and avocado wasn't evenly spread and even the little bacons where at one spot.… this was the first dunkin to give so little bacon and the person certainly said that this is how they are told to do it... The person was negligent and blames her supervisor. At least spread the avocado evenly… why are we even paying you… seems like Dunkin doesn't care about its customers and their appetite .

When I went into this location a few days ago, I was shocked at seeing teenagers work alone. Where is the management team looking out for the young folks?..Goes to show how little they care..Do better.
