Went again, trying to give the benefit of the doubt, and should not have gone. I ordered a small hot coffee with hazelnut but, and received it with only cream.

These employees are really pleasant. It's a shame every Dunkin i go to the employees can recieve tips except this one! Per owner is was told. Hey owner! Tips are gestures of appreciation for good service!

I asked for a double toasted bagel but what I got served was an absolutely dry old bagel. The team has changed and so they are not toasting the bagel in a toaster. I have been coming to this shop for the last 10 years but this new team totally ruined my experience.

Worst customer service… they gave me so much less bacon on my avocado toast and avocado wasn't evenly spread and even the little bacons where at one spot.… this was the first dunkin to give so little bacon and the person certainly said that this is how they are told to do it... The person was negligent and blames her supervisor. At least spread the avocado evenly… why are we even paying you… seems like Dunkin doesn't care about its customers and their appetite .

When I went into this location a few days ago, I was shocked at seeing teenagers work alone. Where is the management team looking out for the young folks?..Goes to show how little they care..Do better.
Got a medium mocha ice coffee with extra cream and sugar. Simple. My coffee didn’t have extra cream but instead they put extra mocha. Coffee was disgusting. Tasted like I was drinking chocolate syrup from a bottle. Why do I order the same thing every time and it never tastes the same? Disappointing.

We went to Baskin Robbins ~ they didn't have enough flavors. I forgot they don't have sugar cones ~ just kid's cake cones. The single scoop is what it says. An ice cream joint will put some in the cone, a scoop on top of that then a generous half scoop to top it off.

Best Dunkin’ Donuts around, gentleman working (unfortunately don’t remember his name) was training a new hire and working the long line of customers, apologizing for any delays and working his butt off. You should be very proud of having someone like him working for you. He’s always very polite and efficient whenever we stop by at this location.
