Ive always liked going to this location in the past because of the nice latina girl that remembered my order as a regular, but now it seems she’s gone. Still, the wait was usually 10 minutes which is fine because I’d leave my house 20 minutes early to get to work on time. Today, and the last few times, I have had to wait much longer. Today’s wait time was 30, and I was late to work by 10 minutes. The problem? Understaffing, and constant new people working there, but the biggest problem I find is that these new workers are alone! One person taking numerous orders at a time is surely a very stressful position to be in, and I can’t blame them for quitting so fast. How I think this business and others like it should be run is with 2 people working at one time, even if that second one happens to be the manager. Besides that, my order was made wrong after 30 minutes. I’ll be going to the drive thru down the street while they figure it out here. Sorry!

Staff is always so nice but 80% of the time when I order online they are out of what I ordered. So I’m getting charged for things even though they don’t even have them. Employees have always been very accommodating though.

My group of 4 went into this location at 7:30 yesterday (they close at 9) to get ice cream and snacks. The lady IMMEDIATELY informed us she would not be making anything that involved the blender. We were already a bit put off by that, but weren't planning to order anything that would involve a blender, so brushed it off. When we started ordering food, she said, "No, the oven is off already because we close at 9." Really? You shut the oven off an hour and a half before close? We just walked out without ordering anything. Fire this lazy employee and maybe you'll get more business.

Very bad experience with this place. I'm writing this review cause i would hate this to happen to someone else what it happened to me with my son's 7th year old birthday cake!I decided to order the cake from them for the party First I order the cake and paid ahead and then I asked if they can make a bigger cake and I was told the manager will contact me . She never did . So I reached to them to find out and the worker said they can't cause they don't have the box to put in . So I understood and moved on . Bought 2 dozen donuts just in case the cake wasn't Enough for 25 kids. Before I do anything I always asked all the question about the cake the frosting the way it's made and the most important thing how long does it take to thaw which she said 20 min cause the place that I had the party don't have refrigerator so I calculated the time perfectly even gave more time to the cake to thaw . The party was 1-3pm at urban air adventure in Naperville. My husband picked up the cake at 1:45. The party finished around 4:30 every one was having so much fun and the cake was still sitting in the table frozen but the ice cream was all melting but inside the cake was still frozen to the point it looked like a frozen burn I'm not sure if I'm saying correctly. I was very embarrassed, disappointed, felling bad for my son . He loved the cake the way it looked the Sonic hedgehog but he could eat it or he's friends . Thank god I had the donuts but still the cake the cake was the finish thing . Anyway after a day I decided to let them know so it doesn't happen to anyone else and the worker was apologetic and said maybe the cake sheets was bad . Took my whole information and made sure on the phone that the manager will call me !! Guess what she never did it's been like 10 days now . So please careful ordering ice cream cake from this place cause they don't care about their product or costumers!!!!

The ice cream was great. Just like I remember. Better than some of the others out there. Gosh the chocolate is so good. Though there were kids running around like monkeys. So that didn't help any.
