THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN RECEIVE!! If I could rate a -10, I WOULD! The "Owner of the establishment" refused service to because we wanted to redeem 2 T-Mobile offers for the free sub with a purchase. He was extremely rude & unprofessional. After I asked him to show me where it says "one redemption per customer", he told me "I'm the owner of the establishment & I have the right to refuse service to you. I'm paying for it and I said no." & refused to show me where it says it in the terms & conditions after I carefully read it. Once I told him I'm going to submit a review he replied & said "go ahead, please do" SOOO HERE YOU GO!! Reporting his establishment to the BBB & corporate!

7/18/19 This place opens randomly. Open sign always left on but never actually the case. I would try further down Cass for some good, reliable gyros. It's not worth the drive to Firehouse on the off-chance they are open. On top of having some employees that give a clear feel that they have better places to be.(I.e I was ordering at the counter as the woman taking it proceeded to scroll through snapchat at the same time. Not once even looking at me.)Just a bizarre attitude and experience for a place that JUST opened. Good Luck.

The food is good most of the time and it's cheap but the taste is never consistent. Probably due to it's always changing staff. Which affects customer service too. Every time I go, there's new people working, none of them ever know what to do. So expect to wait 30 minutes for a cheeseburger.

The food was terrific for the first few weeks they were open but the food quality has declined to the point I can’t recommend eating here. Today customer service hit rock bottom with:

I guess I won't know what the food is like here. I used the bathroom. It was very unclean. No paper towels in either of the dispensers. Barely any toilet paper and it wasnt even in the dispenser. There was no hand soap and clearly it has been that way for quite some time. There was just a tiny bit of water at the bottom of the soap bottle. So I guess the employees dont wash their hands. I'll pass on getting food poisoning, not worth it even if the food was great. Also looking through the restaurant overall it looks very dirty and stuff like napkins were completely empty. I definitely do not reccomend coming here unless you want to get sick or grossed out.

Had a bad experience with this place.. first order was through grub hub.. I never received my food. Driver did what ever with it but I never got it.. called restaurant they were not concerned said call grub hub.. I did problem solved but there attitude about my missing food concerned me.. I gave them a second chance due to not many places have gyros around my location.. the meat was over done and or hard I’m guessing due to it sitting for a long time. There cost of food is good but there’s a reason for that it’s not very good food. There gyro cucumber sauce did not taste like anything let alone cucumbers.. stick to tacos next time..

Nice place! I've only been twice, but pricing is easy on the pockets with good portions of food! One catch is they are somewhat hidden, being they are in the Shell gas station by Jewel Osco. So if you're on Cass you won't see them. Place is clean and they can be busy and they could be not so busy depending on the time of day.

This is maybe the 3rd or 4th time we've tried Firehouse Chicago Style. EVERYTIME there's an issue. Missing items, food temp/taste. We saw the franchise was under new management so decided to try it again. Ya know, give a business another shot. BIG MISTAKE! HUGE!! I asked for a corned beef...coworkers asked for gyros. One can't possibly mess that up, right? WRONG! The tzatziki sauce was not thick at all...looked like the water that has formed at the top of yogurt when you first open it. The fries were limpy; not crispy. The credit card machine was down. The only thing good was the mild sauce and the Crush. DO NOT EAT HERE. Worse food to eat in Westmont!!

I missed dinner and needed something to eat around 9 on a Saturday night. Went in and ordered a gyro and fries. Guy preparing the food was really cool. I got home and was very happy with my purchase. Definitely want to go back and try some more items.

Talk about hidden jewel, this restaurant is connected to a shell gas stations. the wings are great. Large proportions with cheap prices. The fries where soggy but the wings are great. Add lemon pepper with hot sauce on the side.

Big up Sammy! The Chicken Wing King! Got me averaging about 150 wings a month!

Picked up my order there. The lady at the counter was very friendly. She made my fries fresh when I got there. I really appreciated that. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches fries and coleslaw. When I got there I seen they had desserts so I got a cheesecake and carrot cake. The food was good and the price was even better. The sauce they make there is really good. All in all a pretty good experience. The cheesecake wasn't the greatest but they made up for it with the rest of the food. Can't wait to try them again.
