Make sure to check what they give you vs. what you order. I ordered two combo meals with large french fries for both with sauces and an extra side of cheese curds…thankfully we got both burgers, but unfortunately they gave us no sauces, only one regular French fry, and the wrong drinks (ordered Diet Pepsi, got regular Dr. Pepper). This place either needs to retrain its employees or hire new managers.

I waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes. Then when my food was ready, they sat in the window rather than handing it to me. I then waited another five minutes for someone to hand me the food.

One of the best steak burgers perfect every.
The service is one star for the lady that took my order she sounded annoyed about taking my order drove to the window she didn’t even acknowledge me for 10 min and there were no cars in front or back of me. However, the young man that gave me my food was excellent. He also made the food and the drinks seems like he was doing everything. The fries were hard. I can see why this place is empty. Maybe come up with some daily specials and hire so friendly employees except for the guy don’t lose him he seems like the only one that cares

We should have had a clue when at 5pm on a Thursday there was not a single person in the restaurant or parking lot. We should have had a further clue when the place looked dirty. The food was atrocious! The burgers were undercooked with zero crust. The fries with cold, stale and hard! The worst is our entire family had horrible stomach aches when we left the entire evening. This place is disgusting and as evidence by the other reviews we are not the only ones

Today I had a bad experience, I spent too long waiting in line for like 20 minutes, after paying I see that the girl who is preparing the food has one hand preparing the food and the other on her cell phone, the whole time I was waiting, she was on her cell phone, and then a young man comes and complains to me about why I am taking a picture of him and he tells me that the young woman has been talking to the manager for more than 10 minutes, that is why she is allowed to use the phone when she is preparing food, I don't think a manager would really allow that. the service was bad and they are rude.

If I could give more stars I would!! I went here yesterday 9-10-24 and I overall had an amazing experience! Michelle took my order at the front and answer all my questions about the new grilled cheese burger and convinced me to try the tater tots which I absolutely loved! The crew were all respectful and hardworking! 10/10 would come back again!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The 2 employees were soooo disrespectful, my kid was talking while I ordered and the girl repeated it back to me. I noticed She then over charged me and when I mentioned that it was not what i ordered at the window she said she couldn’t hear me? Then I said that’s when you tell me to pull up and ask me again what my order was. And she said no. I need to control my kids. MY KIDS WERE NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. The guy she was working with then tried to say my kids were being disrespectful and uncontrollable. LOL My order was WRONG!!! Even after at the window she repeated it back to me. Trash. This was trash service was so unprofessional. He closed the window on me after I said excuse me, my kids are what???? Chick fil would NEEEVER. One of them was named TYLER. 7:20 pm on 9/10/24.

Sat at the counter with my family for 10 minutes. Staff ignored us from the back. They were too busy vaping. Ended up leaving and one staff half heartedly walked to the front and shrugged as we walked out the door.
Stay away if you want to eat. Even if you do manage to order you'll probably get food poisoning.

Michelle had an attitude when asked what sides cost around $4 she said that customers usually decide that on their own when I was trying to get a separate item besides fries I don’t have my glasses and it was difficult for me to see the order, she could’ve been more empathetic towards the fact I couldn’t see the menu

Last Wednesday evening, around 6:30pm there were 2 young men working. There was nobody in line, nobody in the restaurant when we came to order. They said it was a 15 minute wait and they were out of custard. They asked us if we still wanted to order, I think they just did not want to work. We still ordered anyways the food took about 10 minutes and the amount of salts
they put on the fries and the burgers made inedible. We could see they were not busy they were just moving around doing nothing. Please take action and fire these guys.

Unfortunate was excited when this place opened. Food isn’t very good but the staff is terrible. Waited over 28 minutes for 3 burgers and a hot dog. They got the order Wrong and this was terrible. This is a photo of the cheese curds. Not even half way filled either. I just through them away.
