I waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes. Then when my food was ready, they sat in the window rather than handing it to me. I then waited another five minutes for someone to hand me the food.

If I could give more stars I would!! I went here yesterday 9-10-24 and I overall had an amazing experience! Michelle took my order at the front and answer all my questions about the new grilled cheese burger and convinced me to try the tater tots which I absolutely loved! The crew were all respectful and hardworking! 10/10 would come back again!!

This place reminds me of steak and shake.
See, people just need to be more patient for them to cook their food. Because they're low stuff which is fine with me. I will be more patient for them. Coming from a blue-collar worker. Sometimes we have to learn how to be patient in life. So I'm giving Freddie's up 5 star because their food is actually properly made and actually handmaid. Crafted from the grill..
