Finally made it into this Iconic Westmont Restraunt! Was worth the waitand we won't wait too long before going back.
We were the first customers of the day, served by the owner himself, John.
The famous strawberry French Toast was not on the lunch menu, but he went out of his way to make it fresh for me.
The calamari was lightly breaded and fried to perfection. No long annoying chewiness!
The strawberry French toast is made with think bread and fresh strawberries and topped with a hint of custard for the right sweetness.
Saturday brunch is offered, live music and a patio!

Went for St Patrick's Day specials. Wonderful Irish stew served in a bread bowl and hearty corned beef, cabbage, dilled carrots and red potatoes. Slainte! The guy playing live music was awesome...set included Van. Morrison, REM and the Pogues! Took me back a few decades 💚💚. Nice service, delicious food, great music! Flemings is sort of the Cheers bar. Familiar faces, comfortable atmosphere, good food, drinks and vibes. Thanks John!

Came in for lunch, the owner was nice enough but the food was probably the worst i’ve ever put in my body. the “spinach artichoke dip” was genuinely just melted cheese with some full leaves of spinach and chopped artichoke thrown in. Oil pooling is normal for this type of dip but it’s typically reduced with breadcrumbs over the top. The sandwich I got was a minuscule portion of lunchmeat dryer than the desert and my girlfriend’s burger was a thin frozen store bought patty. There wasn’t anyone in the restaurant so i’m curious why they felt the need to use store bought ingredients when clearly they had the time to form patties, slice meat, and shred pork themselves. I left feeling pissed and worst of all, hungry.

The strawberry French toast and Western omelet were fantastic! Great chef, and when I commented on how awesome the plants and decorations were, the owner even gave me one of his aloe vera plants to take home as a house warming present after he learned I just moved in. Loved the music - nice tunes.

I go there for the sesame and brown butter grouper, which I haven't had anywhere else and I love. But I've enjoyed most all dishes from there. Great neighborhood spot, sponsors local music on weekends, good wine and cocktails. This place is pretty darn underrated.

Sat outside and enjoyed the live music on the patio. The service was friendly and casual, don't come here in a rush. Myself and another of my party ordered the pork chop with peaches. We had a difference of opinion on whether or not Parmesan cheese would have been nice on the asparagus. Great food if you're in the area.

We go out frequently, and find ourselves going to Flemings most often. Everything is delicious, the wait staff and John are friendly and attentive, and the great indoor dining area and patio make for the perfect dining experience, every time.
