Rarely does a fast food chain deserve the time to be reviewed, but in this case it is warranted. This Jimmy John's has a higher level of excellence than most. I have dined in and I have ordered delivery. I am currently staying at a nearby hotel and my delivery driver Austin took the time to call and let me know he was on the way. Now that is customer service. Will always frequent this location when in the area

Even with a pre-order on the app (more than once), I've gotten to the restaurant only to be told "10 more minutes". We chose JJ because they're freaky fast, but apparently not this location. Go to the Jersey Mike's right across the street.
