First time in a long time that I went to a little caesars and got a properly cooked pizza . Whoever was doing the pizzas today actually took pride in their work. Hope you reward them because most people just slap it together and you get what you get lol

I placed an order for delivery thru the Lil Caesars site. Order 4 items which include a 2L pop. Once the driver arrived I notified the driver am missing the 2L pop. He stated no then shows me my order which stated a 2L pop. He states sorry and he will go back. This location is about a 8 minute drive tops. I called the store to see if the driver is going to come back and the lady states that it’s not her fault the driver did not pick up the pop. I would have to reach out to him. As I am trying to ask how do I do that and if he does come back can I just have a refund. The lady cuts me off and states that has not nothing to do with them that he left the pop. I ask to speak to the manager which the lady states she is the manager. Then cuts he off again to say just come pick it up. I stated I am not able to do that then she cuts me off again and states she is not able to reach the driver. As I start speaking again she hangs up on me. Of found this manager who didn’t want to give me her name does not want to answer the phone now but I did reach out to customer service. Waiting for a call back

Pizza been ok but lately is been bad soggy, half of the slice is crust, not enough cheese and way to much sauce.

I ordered a thin crust pizza it was stated on my receipt. I received a thick crust pizza, the manager Marcus was very rude and disrespectful and said I am out of thin crust pizzas. How can you possibly be out of thin crust pizzas? It is simple make another pizza. When I asked for a refund he wouldn't give me a refund and laughed at me sarcastically, he also denied I paid with gift cards only when it stated I paid with gift cards on the receipt. I was stuck wth the thick crust pizza. He could have from the beginning been more friendly and approachable and given me a refund, which he didn't. On top of matters he was handling money at the same time as making pizzas without washing his hands. My mom and I got food poisoning due to your unsanitary conditions, no excuse (you can wear gloves!) You just lost a long time customer!

I ordered door dash from here. When the dasher gets to the location he is ignored and the order was delayed. After about 15 mins of him waiting they give him the food portion. He says there is a 2 liter with the order and they refuse to give him the entire order. He spoke Spanish and I’m concerned the staff was ignoring him because of this. Long story short, while spending 30 mins to attempt to fix the order it gets canceled while at my door. So I got no food. Go to the Bolingbrook location. The way the staff was acting I don’t suggest eating anything that comes out of there for safety issues.

Such an inconsistent restaurant. Have ordered many times, and it is sometimes worth the $7 for a large pizza, but sometimes the orders are not even close to correct. Sometimes the pizza is undercooked. Sometimes there is ZERO sauce. Sometimes the toppings are completely wrong.
On top of that, the employees are unfriendly and look miserable. Makes me not want to go in for any corrections. You've taken my $7 for the last time lol

Will never be coming here again. Ordered the pretzel crust and the pizza maker is obviously high as its regular crust and they put the pretzel salt on it….. also the front cashier girl was rude. Pizza is going in the trash

Until maybe a year ago, this place was AWESOME!
They now have a cook who hates sauce, so even if you order extra sauce, you guaranteed just gonna get bread and cheese.

I feel bad ...but it was just bad. U can tell the employees don't want to be there. And the customer can tell.
Just not too friendly atmosphere in general. No greeting when u walk in. Just standing there, literally, waiting for someone to come up. I work in the restaurant business myself. Pizza is dry and cold. Just not good. Don't wanna be mean. But it's just not.

Ordered sausage, got cheese, and staff had no work ethic, but luckily, we had the time to return it and get sausage. We were on our way to a movie. At least you can place an order with this Little Caesars. The one in Plainfield, IL only takes online, and it can take over 2 hrs to get an order. Kudos to this restaurant on 63rd.
