I feel bad ...but it was just bad. U can tell the employees don't want to be there. And the customer can tell. Just not too friendly atmosphere in general. No greeting when u walk in. Just standing there, literally, waiting for someone to come up. I work in the restaurant business myself. Pizza is dry and cold. Just not good. Don't wanna be mean. But it's just not.
Ordered sausage, got cheese, and staff had no work ethic, but luckily, we had the time to return it and get sausage. We were on our way to a movie. At least you can place an order with this Little Caesars. The one in Plainfield, IL only takes online, and it can take over 2 hrs to get an order. Kudos to this restaurant on 63rd.

I waited in the car till order was being packed. After paying waited 10-15 mins for food. I live 5 mins away when I got home the Detroit style was cold in the middle and soggy. I think they gave away my order and rushed to make another one but wasn't completely cooked thru. The crazy bread was about 6 inches long and diameter of about half inch. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had .

Since the owner replied and wants to know why 3*s. 1) Pizza and Cheese bread were under cooked compared to other locations. 2)Wings weren't tossed like other locations and sauce was just put on top of the wings. Saving grace, the girl working the front was friendly and came with a smile. Not sure what needs to get done but unfortunately this order was a work order so I don't think we will be ordering here again for a while.

I made a online order on Christmas Eve for my grandson birthday party, I called 30 minutes prior to my pickup time to let them know I would be a few minutes late. They kept putting me on hold for 27 minutes!!!!! I walk in they are all sitting on their phones laughing and giggling. I stated I called they claimed the phone doesn't work. I pull my phone out call again and what do you know? The phone rings they all sit and look at it. Not only that but my 5 pizzas, breadsticks and puffs where cold!!!! They are very unprofessional and they will not ever receive a penny from me.

Fr Why would you send my pizza and forget the pop? That is just the most annoying thing! We wanted to eat our pizza with pop. Never had this happen with any other location. Whoever is there today, is incompetent- doesn’t know what they’re doing.

The female working on 9/22/24 at 1:30pm was an absolute nightmare. She didn’t say one word to me the whole time I was in the store. She stared at me when I walked in. I was in the store for at least 10 mins with not one exchange. I had an online order but she wouldn’t have known that because we never spoke she waited until a male worker came out to which I told him I just needed some crazy sauce because the girl who ignored me forgot to put it in my order (no surprise). They weren’t busy and I was the only one in the store. The male worker then asked the female worker to get the sauce she got it and threw it on the counter still not saying one word and walked away. What a joke this female worker needs to be fired. I would have put their names in here but they were not wearing name tags again no surprise
