They forgot items in my order and I had to call them three separate times for what they forgot, like dang if you need people more people to work there just say something I have 4 kids and they only gave 3 kids meals and 4 drinks I had to order separately just for them to put my other kids meal in the second order then they forgot something else with the second order too 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Just call to say an hour goes by what a good manager to follow up. Then she says sir it is one of my employees so my response, exactly and you let your employees Park up front let alone when they do do not have them move it!!

As I we to Walgreens and drove past on way home, still there in same spot. Character 👍🏻

Circled lot a few times which took some time as well because drive-thru was busy and cars off main road alll lined up. There was a SUV parked taking up two spots in front and being I had an elderly person with me of course handicap spots were full based upon time of day. So I called the store and they said well let me ask the customers so she got back on the phone and said okay he will move it. Just double parking by the front door and dropping off my passenger and then parking in the back as I came up the truck was still there. When we left after about 15-20 minutes the vehicle was still in the same spot. Makes me think with all that time going by, was it an employee's vehicle. Or just an incompetent manager that didn't make sure a customer that stayed so long move their car when asked.

Please fire whatever man was at the drive thru at 10:28PM on 11/29/25 because they are the rudest person i’ve ever encountered here, and that says a lot. I came through the drive thru and they said they were closed, fine, but i told them i placed a mobile order. He, no joke, says “let’s try this again, we’re closed” like what?? That’s an actually insane response. Also, i refuse to believe in 2025 there’s no way for them to turn off mobile ordering…. come on

I don't recall her name but a lady who says she's worked for McD for 47 years gave me exceptional service.

I don't use the automated order system. She took my order the old-fashioned way without a complaint and even had a smile.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff.

No one is taking orders here and no one seems serious here. We waited at the drive through and then came in still no one took any order. This place really needs to have a check on it.

Awful service.

We had a mobile order, however, we all know you can not order fountain order on the app. SO I tried to order two large waters.

Possibly the cashier misunderstood or was trying to be kind and said no charge for the water. We said sure, thanks.

HOWEVER, the (I assume one in charge) proceeded to complain on is trying to get the monopoly stickers “for free” which is ridiculous. I do not care to spend the $1-2 to buy water. It was a whole thing of complaining to one another and dumped the water to another cups to “switch” without a sticker.

Extremely rude. Ask us to pay, which I tried, OR simply kindly say you can not get the sticker OR ask your coworker to let you take over and do it.

It always takes a large amount of time there as well. I would give a 0/10 and just drive to a different McDonalds and not waste your money on rude service.
