Hate to do this. But it’s been too many times people mess things up at this location on 31 E 63rd St, Westmont, IL 60559.
1. I ordered breakfast online and when I went to pick it up 25 mins later, they had thrown it away. They assured me I’d be refunded on my card but I never did. To make matters worse, the lady made it seem like it was my fault for ordering breakfast close to breakfast end and then taking too long to pick it up. Excuse me? First of all, what are the warmers for? Second of all, then the app shouldn’t let you pay for stuff you can’t buy. Why the hell are you blaming me?
2. I went another time to pick up an online order and they made me wait in stall 2. They never came out and wouldn’t even acknowledge me even when I was making eye contact to see if they would tell me what’s up with my order! Finally, after 20 minutes, I go in and they had the food there waiting the whole time. Wasted 20 minutes for nothing.
3. Same thing happened as in number 2. Are people at this location that distracted?! This location really needs to get it together, especially with their customer service. Why the hell are you blaming me for buying stuff on your dumb app, not refunding me, and then making me wait because you were too lazy to bring my food out/forgot I was there?!

Never come to this location, Can't complete a basic order. Making complete wrong items I ordered. The General Manager or district manager needs to retrain their team on how to follow basic directions and complete order accurately. How pathetic of an establishment.

I can't leave this one alone, I just went through and got two ice cream cones and it was $6.11. How is an ice cream cone $3 at McDonald's that's the same price as a quart of ice cream at the grocery store. This location half the time makes craptastic fries, and is straight up gouging level prices on a freaking ice cream cone. The parody jokes about McDonald's ripping people off post covid is extremely evident when you see the price increases especially considering before covid they were 50 cents....

They consistently mess up your order! My husband told me not to go and I decided to give it a shot anyways… then they shorted me an entire meal, gave me something completely different, and gave me my food in a disgusting state. Never again

Food is always fresh, although every once in a while my order will be messed up. But the atmosphere and service is communicative and efficient. Always a good time.
Dietary restrictions: I have severe allergies and they are timely and efficient with communicating it.

It was alright, my family got the usual; sodas for the kids and iced coffee for the adults, two baskets of fries and a 13 cookie tote. Every time we get the 13 cookie tote it hits really amazing, it taste so good. Warm, soft, etc. the fries are great, could be a bit more burnt or salty, but it’s alright.
