I've stopped by twice in the past 2 weeks for a slice of pizza and both times no one was actually in the front. The first time it took 5mins for someone to come and the slice of pizza was terrible, clearly it had been sitting around all day. Today, i waiting longer said Hello loudly 4 times and no one came up front when clearly there was someone in the back- so i left. Will never stop here again

Placed a delivery order and when it arrived it was wrong. I ordered a beef with a side salad w/ ranch because the fries are always under cooked. I ordered an anti pasta salad. This is what I got a beef with ranch no salad an anti pasta salad with no cheese. When I called it said no side salad was marked in the order. When I asked about the mozzarella cheese for the antipasto salad she said it doesn’t come with it I said on line it states it does she said Westmont doesn’t offer mozzarella. What bullshit is that. I told her than to take it off the menu. I mean really and she has the nerve to be rude to me when the menu is offering items a certain way but not Westmonts way I will never order from them again and will be sharing my experience to all I know.

I came in to buy a soda. The older white gentlemen working the pizzas in the back made the delivery driver stand behind the counter when I came in. He seen a black guy and thought I was going to steal out his tip jar.

I'm not sure what's going on with there menu, but this is most certainly the most piss pore excuse of cheese fries I've ever seen.
Don't order from this location. Order from Darien. This locations idea of thin crust is a joke. They also don't answer their phone.

I've been ordering from this particular Rosatis location for a long time and as a rewards member I accrue points towards a free pizza. As I called in to take advantage of that reward I was told it's not accepted and that I'm probably wrong even tho I have an email from that location stating I get a free pizza. I will no longer be ordering from here as the service is very bad. The lady was rude on the phone and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say.
