This place has to have the nastiest and most disgusting customer service I've ever seen. I ordered 2 slices of pizza, and the guy separated it with his bare hands, he had sauce and cheese all over his hands and still served it blatantly to me, the workplace is very dirty and smells very nasty. This place needs a visit from the health inspectors ASAP. Corporate should definitely look into this establishment.

This was my first time dining at Rosati's and it was nice. I had the chicken Alfredo with mozzarella sticks on the side. Tasty mozzarella and marinara sauce. The chicken Alfredo was hot and creamy and tasty. It was enough for about 3 people so I took the rest home. I don't live near here just working an assignment and came across it and i will be driving back soon to try their pizza.

Stopped in for slices and got exactly what we were looking for, they even let my son have a quick peek into the kitchen to see where the pizza is made. Super friendly, super welcoming, we'd go back for the customer service alone if we are in the area again!

I placed an order on the phone and the gentleman who took my order was very patient and nice the delivery guy came very promptly. The food was delicious and the portions are huge. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely order from Rosati‘s again thank you.
Food is always fresh. You get more than what you pay for. Great food. Great staff. Always consistent. Giant slices at lunch are nice and affordable too
I wanted to order lunch for my company and the I called this location and I'm trying to place the order and the guy yells out "you have the wrong Rosati's, you need to call the one in Countryside" I said they don't have one in Countryside and he told me "I don't know what to tell you, I don't have time" He was so rude and ignorant...I will never patronize their establishment and will tell anyone who ask not to as well.

yes, the food was good but what REALLY had me shocked was the girl who took my order! her name was Jessica, she's a living angel! Sweetest girl on Earth! She's plenty patient and is overall a very kind girl + great food!

The older guy who works in the kitchen here has arguably one of the worst attitudes ever. Throws your food around carelessly, seems to enjoy the fact that drivers have to wait for their orders. This was only my second time stopping in, and I believe the first time he was drunk. I'm good. If you order delivery from here, best of luck. I'd go anywhere else.And for clarity sakes, I don't have a problem waiting for food! It's part of the job. The problem is when he starts to throw your pizza around, or your cake, when I deliver that to you as the customer, you're going to blame me. It's sad but unfortunate, this location doesn't take pride in their work.
