I thought I would never find a desi place that would have best of both worlds- great service and food! Very rare combination! The lady at the front desk was warm, smiling, inviting and very helpful, the chef came himself introduced himself, Checked in on us (again very rare desi restaurant traits)! My 4 year old was being fussy and not eating the lady at front desk engaged him played with him offered him a surprise if he finished eating- overall would give them more stars if I could! Guys you have to come try! The naan, chicken tikka masala, paneer tikka were to die for!

This was honestly one of the best restaurants I've been to in a while. Everything my friends and I ordered was incredibly good, and the service was amazing as well despite us coming in late in the evening. Truly cannot recommend this place enough!

Stopped in for lunch, wasnt disappointed. This restaurant has only been around for 6 months, but it is evident they strive to please. The food was fantastic, Ill get that out of the way. While I wasn't going to be taking any of it home, the portion sizes left me quite sated; I got lamb korma and cumin rice (forgot the name). If I had *any* complaint it was that the curry, while absolutely delicious, dod not come with anything else. Just meat and sauce/curry. I had to order a separate order of rice, which led to it being a fairly pricey lunch, but I did chose it. There are biryani choices at around $15 I could have elected to order, but instead I went with lamb because it sounded great! Atmosphere is clean, boring/generic. Nothing to complain about, bit nothing standout. All in all a great stop for dinners; maybe they could update the menu to include some lunch options -- smaller portions at easier to manage prices. I would absolutely stop in again for lunch if it was a little cheaper. Maybe I will anyway and just get biryani because the food was that good.

This is hands down the best Indian food in the area. We moved from downtown Chicago and were searching for good Indian food when this place opened up, and now we can’t stop going. The food is incredible and so is the service - everyone is so kind and I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I was looking for really good butter chicken and garlic Naan in the western suburbs, and my goodness, this place was DELICIOUS! And reasonably priced too! I'm definitely going back to Saffron Restaurant again.
On expensive side. First one i saw where no rice was included with the main dish.

We went here for my mother's birthday. It's easy to miss, and it kind of looks like a little hole in the wall, but the food was amazing, the service was wonderful, and the people were so nice! My mom picked this on a lark, and I am so glad she did because it is one of my favorite Indian restaurants now!
