Disappointing experience twice with the same barista. Questioned my name choice and then acted sarcastic about it. Today I waited a long time and didn’t get my drink until another employee helped. Please keep service respectful and consistent.

Their customer service is below the belt starbucks you really need to look into the downgrade in your service especially this location! They dont have basic ethics of client centric service? Get it together before this location closest to just like hundreds of the other stores;)
I am writing to express my disappointment about an unpleasant experience that happened recently at your store. My child politely asked for a cup of water, and the barista responded very rudely, saying, “You didn’t make a purchase, so I can’t give you water.”
Our family are regular customers at this location and have always appreciated Starbucks’ friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However, this experience was truly upsetting, especially because the remark was directed toward a child who was being polite and respectful. We have never experienced anything like this at any other Starbucks.I am not mentioning his name because I believe everyone deserves a chance to improve.
The tone and attitude of the staff in this case were completely unnecessary and inconsistent with Starbucks’ values of kindness and respect.

Worst service of any coffee place I’ve ever been. If it’s not drive up your ignored completely. Never spending another dime at this location
Writing this review specifically because of wonderful Kaila! We’ve spent 2 hrs on this location and all I’ve seen on her face was nothing but the big smiles and amazing vibes! Not only towards the each customer that walked in, but to her coworkers as well, I’ve seen her helping others so much during our visit. Btw, she met all our allergies criteria, she was very informative about the products and menu, and I can’t tell you how much she went above and beyond for everything. Small talk felt great with Kaila, and I could really tell instantly that she’s very happy with her job role. Keep up the good work Kaila - we are definitely coming back because of you and your contagious energy and attitude towards us all! Thanks for being you Kaila & I hope that Starbucks recognizes you as a very valuable part of their team.

The bacon is not bacon. I was look for crunch bacon on my egg sandwich. I don’t know what this is but it is not bacon. Disappointed

BAD SERVICE!!!! Mean !
Um they literally stole 6 dollars of mine and made me wait for a pink drink and water for 20 minutes. I would like a refund. The environment is terrible unwelcoming and honestly the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to.
I’ve had better lattes from a cheap coffee vending machine. 3/3 separate times the drinks have been too sweet, watered down, and tossed in the trash. Skip it
The staff are hard workers. They are also very friendly. This is my go-to location for morning coffee and pastries.
