I placed a pick up order, I usually go through drive through but this time i placed pick up. Going to pick up my order I was disgusted at the site. I ordered 2 drinks, a sandwich and yogurt. There were 3 other orders. Just thrown on the counter. I could have easily walked away with someone else’s order. No organization, no bags, stoppers or cup holders. I had to ask for them all. My sandwich was all wet b/c it was just sitting on a nasty counter w/ no bag.My drinks weren’t even made correctly.They need a better pick up system. It’s unorganized and dirty.

used to really enjoy coming to this Starbucks location. There were friendly, attentive, unique people and they all seemed like they cared. I generally order ahead and because I know this place can get really swamped, I give extra time from when the orders say they will be ready. Example: it says your order will be ready in 9 to 12 minutes, ill show up in 20.The past 3 times I've ordered ahead, its like my order disappeared. I'll order a sandwich and a drink and only the drink will be out. I will wait and not say anything because I dont want to rush anyone but then the employees start running ice and stuff, filling cups, doing things you do when there are no orders
